The worst experience in Italy .they charge me another price for 2 coffees than the original price on the catalogue.and when I asked why they told me because it’s take away.I said but all the other products is cheaper on take away why coffee is more ??they didn’t answered and told me if I don’t like it to stay in my country !!I wish to close soon such places !!

Went to get croissant and cappuccino. Unfortunately their coffee maker was down so we ordered croissants and grabbed a coffee down the road and sat down at their outside cafe tables. A very angry woman came and berated us for sitting at their tables with coffee we got from down the road (we tried to get one there but couldn’t & ordered food from them). While we were eating our croissants (from them) she yelled at us until we were forced to get up and leave. HORRIBLE, RUDE service. Do not come here if you want to feel welcomed at a cafe… they were very cold and standoffish prior to this as well. Perhaps she was in a horrid mood since their coffee machine was down and she hadn’t gotten his fix yet?? BAD HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

This place is the ONLY BAD experience in Italy. Terrible terrible people working there - awful human beings who don't merit a job in the service industry (or any industry that deals with people for that matter). To be quite honest this was an appalling moment I can't seem to get over. We were waiting for our tour guide to get on the bus and my 10 year old daughter eating an ice cream sat on an empty chair at one of their tables. This heavy set woman with long brown hair storms out yelling at her in Italian and pushes her OFF THE CHAIR. Now, I understand it's for patrons only and sorry we didn't see the signs (again, it was just our 10yr old sitting there not the entire family) asking nicely would've had a much different end result. She came pointing fingers and aggressively yelling... at which point my 16yr old son stood up and started yelling back telling her to calm down. She swore at us AND TREW the ice cream on my son's back!!! Mala educada...que vergüenza... shame on you for making such a bad experience end our journey in Italy. I truly hope your business shuts down... from the lack of service and kindness....no tourist deserves to be treated that way (especially a little girl). A simple Excuse me

Incivili e scortesi.La mia compagna incinta di 7 mesi ha chiesto se poteva utilizzare il bagno e gli è stato risposto che avrebbe potuto andarci solo previa consumazione, abbiamo sottolineato l'urgenza della situazione, ma ci è stato risposto...Eh entrano tre milioni di turisti al giorno

Your drawn to the appearance and location of this restaurant and the sandwiches in the window look delicious, while the taste is good, the sandwich itself is meager. One thin slice of porchetta on bread. That's it. It is also expensive for what you get. I wish I had read the reviews before hand. I did enjoy sitting outside and people watching.

Abbiamo preso panini con la porchetta da asporto. Erano mangiabili ma non buoni, la porchetta troppo salata. Il signore poco cortese.

E' la nostra sosta fissa quando passiamo per San Gimignano, appena passata la Porta S.Giovanni (...questa è la terza volta!). Non per cibi particolari, ma per la splendida porchetta, gustata in un panino caldo e innaffiato da una ottima Vernaccia locale. In chiusura un delizioso gelato a un prezzo decisamente accessibile. Servizio veloce, cortese e simpatico. Non guasta una telefonata per riservare un tavolo. Semplicemente consigliatissimo !!!!

Abbiamo preso tre caffè al banco (non di mio gusto) a 1,30 euro cad. e chiesto come favore un po' d'acqua bollente per il termos che ci hanno fatto pagare 1 euro.

The best Gelato in San Gimignano!!!!!!My husband wanted to walk back to get another cone!! Honestly the best we've had in all of Italy!! Very friendly staff. ❤️If walking I'm from parking, it's the 1st place Gelato place on the left side. They have glass doors over the Gelato area that slide open so they can serve you too.
