OMG I don’t know how would would have survived our first trip to Venice without the lovely Lorena , ( Venezia Service)She was just amazing and made our trip.Lorena speaks amazing English and told us all about Venice and helped us with the best Gondolas, bars etc etcShe dropped us at the best locations for walking etcWe stayed in Moreno ( outside Venice) and she was at our beckoned call !Even picked us up early hours when we were stranded in a little town after dinner .Amazing , immaculate Mercedes, reasonably priced . Just goes that little bit further, five stars , superb !!!!!
