Forneria Firenze

Some of the best food we had in all of Italy. We had the wine flights and focaccia special which was incredible and a total deal for $15. The tomato and bread soup was incredible and the mixed meat plate was the best meat we had on our trip hands down. The tiramisu is unconventional but incredible. Overall I highly recommend this place if your looking for a nice meal or a wine/bread tasting. Phenomenal food and great service.

je suis arrivée à 14h seule et j’ai pu manger. les serveurs étaient très sympathiques et accueillants. J’ai eu une table avec vue sur l’Arno. J’ai goûté les raviolis avec guanciale poivrés. Le vin était un rouge toscan léger. le prix est correcte. le pain et l’eau sont à commander, ils ne sont pas posés directement sur la table.

Un must!!!!!Local recién abierto. Nos paramos allí para comprar un agua. Pero, cuando entramos vimos las focaccia que tenían una pinta espectacular. Íbamos a comprar un poco para probar, y comerlas más tarde con algún acompañante.El dueño estaba en la caja y nos preguntó si queríamos que el las preparara.Menos mal hemos dicho que si, debe ser las mejores focaccia rellenas que hemos comido!Una tenía stracciatella, con prosciutto cotto, y un toque de pistacho. El otro tenía tomate seco, prosciutto crudo y mozzarella con un poco de rugula.Divino, cómo se ve en el video, el mismo dueño nos explica que es lo que tiene cada uno.No lo dejes pasar si estás en la ciudad, lamentamos que no logramos almorzar o cenar en el lugar, estoy segura que el esmero se traslada completamente a la cocina.Gracias!

Was in Florence at the same time Forneria opened. We stayed right above the bakery and went at least 6 times (twice a day sometimes). Gnocchi Bolognase was the best I have ever had. Lovely staff who rememebered us. Highly recommend.

This restaurant just opened in April 2023, so don't be fooled by the lack of reviews.This place is phenomenal! We stopped here by chance the first day of our trip to Florence and I had some of the best sausage I've ever had! It was so good we decided to go back, and I had the pork sampler plate. Not to leave anything out, the bread and pasta are also fantastic, but the star of the show for me was the meat. Some of the best sausage and ribs I have ever had.This place is absolutely incredible! Everything we had was excellent, and it was easily the best food of the whole trip.

Great spot, good view and good prices. Went for dinner and had the gnocchi and ravioli.
