PRIVATE PARKING Le 5 Terre La Spezia

Sadly I need to give poor review. I reserved parking place in advance, manage to get into the garage, but to my surprise, there was no free place for me. I arrived at 4pm, so there was plenty of time to prepare my reservation. Calling contact number, was the only positive thing about this service, but everything they could do was to call other clients and tell me to check later. This wasn't an option for me, I asked them for refund and hope that they will fullfill it.

Sconsiglio vivamente!! Siamo tornati da circa due ore dal nostro fine settimana alle 5 Terre....Ho prenotato tutto online per tempo, e cercando un parcheggio, sono capitata sul sito di PRIVATE PARKING, lasciandomi incantare dalla scritta:Se parti entro sera come data di partenza

Termini del servizio non spiegati chiaramente nel sito web, solo dopo aver prenotato ti fanno sapere che devi portare via la macchina prima delle 10 AM, chi volesse andare via qualche ora più tardi deve pagare per un giorno in più!! ignoranti come le capre, non rispondono ne al telefono ne via email, AL MIO RITORNO HO TROVATO UN BEL GRAFFIO SULLA CARROZZERIA!!!!! EVITARE

Siamo rimasti fregati" dal fatto che si doveva prenotare tempo prima. Quindi come allocchi abbiamo cercato altrove.Non posso dare un giudizio sul parcheggio

Ho lasciato la macchina per trascorrere una giornata alle 5 terre, parcheggio vicino alla stazione centrale , comodo, sicuro e anche se il prezzo è leggermente più alto di altri parcheggi nei dintorni ne vale sicuramente la pena.PS batano 5 minuti per effettuare la prenotazione.

had great experience - parked for a day while exploring Cinque Terre. booked in advance and got email with instruction that was easy to follow. bit expensive but safe and conveniently located (right next to La Speiza train station).

Parking here was a great experience as far as anything in Italy goes - especially around Cinque Terre. We wanted to make a day trip by car so I reserved a space in the morning for €30. We arrived and had several open spaces to choose from. The garage is of course very small by American standards, but it is well kept and very good relative to parking in an Italian metro. They provide very clear instructions by text after reserving your space so it’s not very difficult anyway. Unlike park centro stazione, the reservations here are honored and you will not wait in a long queue just to discover that the garage is full! The garage is a very short walk to La Spezia Centrale; it made for a great day trip to Cinque Terre by train!
