Manager let us move into a house that was about outside temperature (10 degrees) because no one thought about the idea to preheat it a bit before guests arrive. Therefore, we tried to get this very old stone house warm overnight but failed because the heating system was insufficient - especially with this house being cooled down for so long. We decided to move out because that was not the relaxing holiday we had in mind and contacted the owner who was very understanding. Unfortunately, the manager does not seem to recognize this as a valid reason to move out. Even though we handled the matter in a very fair and friendly way, she got rather nasty with us and even insinuated that we were lying. All in all e very disappointing experience.
