Haben 2 Hosen, 1 Pullover und eine Kinderweste zum Waschen gegeben. Die Wäsche war nicht rechtzeitig um 10.00 wie vereinbart fertig, als wir diese um 10.20 abholen wollten. Gegen 12.00 war die Wäsche dann fertig. Die Weste hatte einen helleren Einsatz der nun blau gefärbt ist, da alles in derselben Maschine gewaschen wurde und nass auf einen freien Platz im Trockner gewartet hat. Es gab weder eine Entschuldigung noch eine Rückerstattung. Ein absoluter Reinfall!!

This is the best laundry I have ever encountered. I travel worldwide and use local laundries in every city I visit. This time I had t shirts, shorts and socks laundered. What makes La Serena stand out is they fold and wrap each article in a seperate clear plastic wrap. The shorts and socks were in two packages. . TShirts were individually wrapped and seperated the colors and whites. Their prices are much lower then their competitors Speed Queen down the street.

Sono venuta qui su consiglio di una persona . Purtroppo okConsiglio si è rivelato più che sbagliato. molto confusionario, comunque ho lasciato una maglietta er prova e quando sono andata a ritirarla il titolare si è rifiutato di farmi pagare con il bancomat avvalendosi delle scusa che era rotto.. ho chiesto visto che lasciavo un’altra cosa di poter tornare e pagare entrambi insieme ma lui si è rifiutato . Credo che non sia ilBancomat che non funziona ma a lui che fa comodoFar pagare solo cash.. e questo per me è ilPeggior disservizi che si possa fare...infatti manca lo scontrino ! A richiesta peròLoDa...!

Great family owned laundry service with reasonable prices. I dropped off a few bags of clothes around 4:00pm on a Saturday afternoon to be washed and dried, and was able to pick them up just a few hours later. The proprietor stayed open a bit late to ensure the afternoon customers could pick up their laundry on the same day.

Servizio di lavaggio molto veloce! Un Po meno veloci quando porti o ritiri gli abiti. Comunque cortesi. Ci vado spesso.

For about €8 they washed and dried a decent sized load of laundry and had it ready for pickup when they promised. Clean as could be.Don't expect clothes to be folded for that price, they won't be.

Horrible. I've traveled the world over and dropped laundry for service in every country. Ive never seen such lack of pride in workmanship. I dropped off 4 summer dresses, 1 cami and 4 panties in my own bag. I picked it up 30 hours later, it was in my bag, no wrap, balled up, wrinkled beyond recognition a d still damp! Nothing was folded and i didn't smell a lovely fresh scent like clean laundry should smell. I complained as any sane person would and he claimed it was always like this and they are simply too busy to fold 4 summer weight sun dresses and undergarments! What baludos! Off to Barcelona tomorrow, I'm sure the Spanish will get it done correctly. Ciao! Grrrrrr

Pro: job was done & I got my clothes back within the same dayCon: I asked for 2 loads: one delicate & 1 normal, and if they dont do delicate loads to just do 1 load instead of 2, but they assured me it is fine they can make 1 load delicate. The delicate load was very hot when I picked it up :(
