Als wir zurückkamen, Beschuldigten uns die Beiden, wir hätten die Bootsrehling beschädigt, sie sei krumm und wir sollten 150 Euro bezahlen. Gegen diese hysterische Frau , der Mann daneben war eher passiv, hatten wir keine Chance.Die Stadt Luino sollte sich dieser Sache annehmen. Wir haben soviel katastrophale Rezensionen gelesen, an solch einer exponierten Lage in Luino sollte es im Interesse der Stadt sein, einen sympathischen und geschäftstüchtigen Bootsverleiher anzusiedeln.1 stella è già troppo! L'anno scorso abbiamo noleggiato una barca con la nostra famiglia. Quando siamo tornati, ci hanno accusato di aver danneggiato il parapetto della barca, che era storto e che avremmo dovuto pagare 150 euro. Non avevamo alcuna possibilità contro questa donna isterica, l'uomo accanto a lei era piuttosto passivo.La città di Luino dovrebbe occuparsi di questo problema. Abbiamo letto tante recensioni disastrose, in una posizione così esposta di Luino dovrebbe essere nell'interesse della città insediare una società di noleggio barche simpatica e intraprendente.

It was an awfull experience with this guy and his wife after telling them that our online reservation has not been confirmed. They just told us that for sure it was our fault if no confirmation was received. Instead of arguing with this people we had a boatride with the fairysevice on the lake. I'll suggest to find an other boat rental service.

Il giorno che si è presentato al porto le è stato detto che non avevamo ricevuto nessuna mail da lei circa la prenotazione della barca, quindi era ovvio non potevamo risponderle... Inoltre le è stato detto che probabilmente la richiesta era stata fatta ad un altro noleggio....!!.evitiamo di scrivere recensioni false!!

!! Never rent a boat from these people!!I had the most awful experience trying to rent a boat from this lady and a man called MAURO. We were presented dodgy, rarely readable contracts in GERMAN by a lady with blond hair, the owners barely speak or understand English.When I started asking some basic questions about the insurance policy, liability and the fact that the gasoline tank was not full upon departure, the husband (Mauro) went ballistic on me and pushed me off the boat and started yelling in front of the HarbourHe was using abusive language, was being extremely aggressive in Italian in front of my wife and kids who started crying as a result...I would not recommend anyone using their services as they cannot accept anyone who asks basic questions....Horrible experience!!!

Awful experience, do not rent a boat from here! We called to reserve a boat and were told to come by in person. When we showed up the guy was super rude and yelled at us for coming by in person. He then told us all boats were reversed. Would give zero stars if possible

Buongiorno non posso che confermare d avere avuto ache quest'anno un'esperienza positiva. La partenza dal Porto Vecchio di Luino è sempre affascinante. Il servizio sempre perfetto. Ho regalato una bella gita sul Lago Maggiore alla mia famiglia. da rifare!

Non merita di esser noleggiata una barca da questo signore maleducato ed arrogante e in più ha pure il coraggio di insultare le persone(consiglio non andateci)

Come tutti gli anni noleggio qui al porto vecchio ...sempre al top!!!!
