Villa Frida XI cannot recommend this villa company enough. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating at all times.The villa was originally booked in 2020 and 2021 but due to Covid restrictions we have just taken the holiday and the 2 year wait was well worth it. The villa was outstanding in every way! the scenery and location were perfect, with the small village of Montecatini Val Di Cecina just 4 mins drive up the hill, and it had bars, restaurants a small shop and a bank, which were all very handy and very quaint.Villas in Med, thank you so much for making this such a perfect family holiday for me and my family, we have so many wonderful memories and photos to look back on.Grazie Mille..... :-)Martina

Personale serio ed affidabile in grado di farvi trascorrere delle ottime vacanze nel bellissimo territorio di Casole d'Elsa.

We rented a lovely house near Casole d‘Elsa and the whole rental process was handled by Villas in Med.Everything - from the booking process to the returning of the keys - was very well organized and beyond our expectations.The property was very clean and we were provided with extra gifts and recommendations for the region.Special thanks to Ainoa, who assisted us prior and during the stay with all requests.We will happily book with Villas in Med again.

Wir hatten das Ferienhaus Il Viale bei Pomerance gebucht und einen Stern gibt es für die Buchung und Abwickelung im Vorfeld. Den 2.Stern gibt es für den Pool, der wirklich schön war.Der Rest war leider sehr enttäuschend!  Hier unsere Eindrücke kurz aufgelistet:- Schon beim Betreten des Hauses unangenehmer Geruch , etwas muffig.  - Viele Dinge in der Küche fehlten, wie Küchenrolle, Spülmittel, Spüllappen, WC-Reiniger.                                                - Kühlschrank und die oberen Küchenschränke von außen klebten.      - Fussboden am 2. Tag durchgefegt, war sehr dreckig.                                       - Im Bad war die Toilette nicht sehr sauber. Die Tür im Bad nach dem Schießen so verklemmt, dass meine Frau die Tür alleine nicht mehr aufbekam.                                         - Im Schlafzimmer Kleiderschränke muffig, unsere Kleidung hatte bereits nach einem Tag den Geruch angenommen.                                            - - Das Sofa, das Bett sogar die Stühle mit dem Korbgeflecht in Wohnzimmer sehr klamm. Wenn man länger drauf saß, oder im Bett lag spürte man sehr, wie klamm das war.                                    - Das ganze Haus irgendwie feucht.Montags wollten wir dann ein anderes Haus von der Vermittlung oder hatten uns vorgenommen abzureisen.Villas in Med hat zwar mit dem Hausbesitzer telefoniert, doch es kam niemand zur Unterstützung vorbei.Wir hatten den Eindruck nicht Ernst genommen zu werden und sind dann am Montag noch enttäuscht abgereist.Auf eine anschließende Mail an den Reiseveranstalter bekamen wir auch nach 11 Tagen keine Antwort.Wirklich nicht empfehlenswert !!!

Sono ormai 10 anni che lavoro con Antonio e Villas in Med e mi sono sempre trovata bene .spero che la nostra collaborazione possa durare ancora a lungo.

We rented an entire property through the property management Villas in Med, but did not receive the keys to the pool house on site, although this had been booked and paid for. We were not informed by the property management that the owner would appear daily unannounced on the property. After requesting with the property management that the owner notify us of his appearance time wise, we were kicked out of the house early. The property management charged us a late arrival fee even though we had checked in on time on the day of arrival. She charged extra for electricity, which was actually included in the price, even though we did not use the air conditioning and even turned off the outside property lights at night. Furthermore, we were supposed to pay for the repair of the pool. When we asked what we had damaged at the pool, Mr. Antonio from the property management at first acted as if he no longer understood or spoke English and could not give us any information. The owner said that we had let tap water into the pool and that was why it was now damaged.
