When there is a fault the service is very bad. No one seems to care that the client is without internet for at least 10 days. Emails are answered after days, they don't update what the next steps are, local technicians don't have spare parts and you have to wait for the company to decide to send parts, and even then there are no updates and the customer has to wait without knowing how long. This is my experience from the last few days. I have been without internet since Friday 8/26.
