Carefully restored and beautifully designed apartments in best location. Very friendly staff and great ideas to experience the lesser known Venice.

I would have rated this one higher but the reception, host/ cleaner (not sure what her title is) was an absolute nightmare to deal with! Location is great, place is very clean, it is nice, but we would not come back here, nor would we recommend it.Reasonable request were quickly turned down, making us feel like we were bothering them.
