Excellent place to stay if you arrive a day or two before boarding a cruise! We were on the 4th floor - had a huge balcony and the air conditioning was perfect. Staff was very friendly and helpful!

Siamo arrivati in questo hotel per caso,mandati dalla proprietaria di un B&B che dopo aver prenotato non ci ha fatto trovare la camera dicendoci che aveva sbagliato a segnarsi la data. Risultato: ho pagato di più e l'hotel che mi avevano detto essere un 3 stelle secondo me è al massimo un due stelle scarso. Di sicuro non ci ritornerei sia nel B&B che nell'Hotel.

I can’t say enough positive things about the staff at this hotel. My family and I were caught in a situation where my dad unexpectedly went to the hospital and missed his cruise. It was a grim situation and we all flew out to see our dad. The staff here helped us out in every way possible, making us all feel welcome. They truly went above and beyond and shared our worry for our dad and even followed up after we flew back to the U.S. The location is perfect if you are going to the port for a cruise. The free shuttle picks you up right down the street. There is an outstanding pizza place right next door. I would absolutely stay here again!

Ottimo hotel.Qualita' prezzo imbattibile.Pulito e comodo ed molto buona la prima colazione con una grande varieta'.Ma soprattuto la disponibilita' ,gentilezza ed educazione della famiglia che lo gestisce che per me.ha fatto la grande differenza.Grazie ancora!!!Consigliatissimo.

Stayed one night prior to embarking cruise ship. Great location and spacious room. Friendly staff and basic continental breakfast. Reasonable price and the location is excellent being close to a supermarket and next to the cruise shuttle station.

Right next to cruise ship shuttle point. Great hosts. Great bed and pillows. Bathrooms need repair/updating. Breakfast was most unhealthy I've ever seen. Had a yogurt :)

Ho soggiornato una notte con mio figlio e mia sorella in questo hotel, non avendo potuto imbarcare per un imprevisto. Nonostante il problema che si era presentato, il personale è stato veramente gentile e ci ha aiutato in ogni modo, ringrazio la signora delle colazioni per tutto l'aiuto che ci ha dato nella ricerca di ciò che serviva per farci imbarcare la sera stessa. Consiglio questo grazioso hotel vicinissimo al porto, grazie ancora di tutto . Un caro saluto dalla Sardegna

My re-introduction to Italy. This is a fine establishment. From the time we entered through the doors, you could feel the warmth of Italy. A family owned business that went above and beyond. Everyone was so kind and made you feel at home. Rome is great but Civitavecchia is beyond. You really see the true Italy. The location is great, the rooms spotless and withing walking distance to everything. The staff is the best, I really enjoyed my stay and will go back there again but not for a cruise but instead to stay at this Hotel.

Le camere sono dignitose ma umili, non molto belle ma compensano con un'ottima puliziaIl centro è a soli 5 minuti a piedi, la posizione è molto buonaCiò per cui l'albergo brilla è però il servizio. Tutto il personale è molto gentile e disponibile, discreto ma molto accorto e accolgono i clienti con un sorriso e molto calore
