I saw this beautiful amber necklace in their window. I went in and looked at it, tried it on, and could not get it out of my mind for the next week.The entire sales staff was so incredibly patient and kind to me. They might have noticed me every single time I happened by longingly looking at this beautiful necklace.Giovanni and Isabella are third generation and their family has been in the Bellagio and Lake Como region since 1910.That kind of longevity speaks for itself but let me add that rarely have I been treated so well by any sales staff anywhere in the world. They were patient and kind, funny and relaxed and let me come to the decision on my own without becoming frustrated at me.Thank you so much. We cannot wait to come back and visit Como di Lago again.
