Hatten einen Kleinwagen reserviert...Der Wagen stand passend zur Abholung bereit...die ganze Übergabe hat problemlos geklappt...am Tag der Abgabe gab es auch keinerlei Probleme...die sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterin notierte sich den aktuellen km Stand inspirierte kurz den PKW und übergab uns anschließend unseren Mietvertrag...falls wir mal wieder einen Leihwagen brauchen kommen wir auf jeden Fall wieder hierher...es passte einfach alles...

If you know anything about car rentals you will know to stay away from this Avis location which manages to surpass even the one in Olbia for its incompetence. My husband and I are BOTH GOLD members and rented a car in Milan for over a month. When we got to Sardinia it started showing warning signs of electric failure so we called this local Avis told them of the problem asked to exchange vehicle and they made us drive all the way to Cannigione for nothing. When we arrived they wasted an hour of our time in total chaos only to tell us they didn't have a car after all. We wasted a day of our valuable vacation time and are still driving around with a car waiting to fail us! What a joke for Avis to keep financing these businesses that are constantly failing their clients.

Upselling troppo aggressivo

Unfreundlich und kurz angebunden. Wirken genervt von Kundschaft. Mit dem Auto und verleihen hat soweit alles geklappt, wobei komplett unflexibel bei der Rückgabe.Aber wenn man ein Mietwagen zurückgibt wird es noch als total nervig empfunden, wenn der Kunde eine Quittung möchte, dass alles erledigt ist - und man bekommt einfach keine, auch nicht wie versprochen am nächsten Tag, sondern nach dem Wochenende, per Mail. Ein Auto ist ja mal schließlich kein Wasserball den man am Strand ausleiht. Viel Ärger hier, besser vorab Online reservieren, am Flughafen.

A fuire !!! l'agence m informe ne plus avoir mon véhicule et me surclasse sans me le dire et sans m informer du coût supplémentaire, je suis prélevée de 400 euros supplémentaire à la fin du séjour... le service client ne repond pas quand vous envoyez des mail.Avis m a prélevé alors que l'agent m avait dit communiqué a somme final. ils ont prélevé pkus sans raison, je n ai aucune facture, c est inadmissible
