Pros: superb service and beautiful presentation. The con: not tasty. A star for each of the pros but a meal of this price has to be delicious.We went for the most expensive tasting menu, for which the concept is that no dish has added salt. They have certain salty ingredients in each dish to get it there. I appreciate the concept and inventiveness but at the end of the day, we struggled to really think of a dish that we would want to eat again. In particular we had an artichoke dish that we just did not enjoy at all. The final dish of fish had a nice piece of fish but had rabbit underneath that was somehow too intense and a bit bitter and the dish was topped with some Lima beans which further detracted from the dish. The fish would have been much more delicious on its own.I will add some other notes. There is no music, which is fine, but the table to our left had two toddlers that would sometimes whine, and the table to our right had a family playing a game of Uno. We paid $500 for two of us for this meal on our honeymoon and the ambiance definitely lacked romance. They did give us a dessert at the end with a candle in it, which was nice but again we didn’t love the dessert.I’m sad to say that I do regret this meal.

Ristorante elegante in centro, situato all'interno dell'hotel Pantheon. Personale tutto maschile, preparato e gentile. Sicuramente avrò sbagliato io la scelta del menù degustazione, ma sono alquanto deluso. Ottima la capasanta con brodino a latere. Poi, senza entrare nel dettaglio, solo piatti che definirei banali. Anche i dolci sono solo belli ma dal gusto quantomeno discutibile. In genere non guardo i prezzi, ma se non mangio bene, mmm, direi che è anche caro. 500 euro per 3 persone investiti molto male. La cosa peggiore, e quando succede lo sottolineo sempre, è che hanno messo in conto 3 bottiglie d'acqua. Quando la bottiglia finisce, dovete chiedere: posso portarne un'altra?" Mi spiace

Amazing service and excellent tasting menu. I appreciate having the option to pick and choose from different tasting menus offered. The staff also made customized recommendations that turned out to be great. Wonderful experience overall.

We were really lucky to have managed to get a last minute booking on the day of, and it was very worth while.Had the signature menu at EU140 and every dish was great - we were so satisfyingly stuffed by the end of the meal. Also, we added the 3 glass wine tasting and they were a great pairing to the courses.The stand outs were the pesto bread starter, breaded scallop, ravioli with tuna broth & sweet buffalo mozzarella dessert.Service was also tip top; Idylio deserves their newly awarded Michelin Star.

Degustazione S U P E R! Bellissimo ambiente, staff preparatissimo nella spiegazione delle portate e dei vini da abbinare, nonché cortese e simpatico! Il menù degustazione scelto è qualcosa di sublime, sapori ben accostati e dai profumi intensi. Un'esperienza da provare e riprovare!!!

This was one of my favorite Michelin dining experiences. Each course was outstanding and the service was amazing. I love how they gave us a lot of privacy but was attentive to our needs. The evening was the standout of my week in Italy.

Everything was great, except the risotto and chicken. But only in the way I didn’t like the , texture and taste, bud it was prepared very well. We really enjoyed it. The service was perfect. Thank you

Classico stellato da provare una volta, molto interessante soprattutto la rivisitazione del risotto cacio e pepe, e quella della caprese. Discutibile il non utilizzo del tovagliato, piccola pecca la forchetta con incastrato tra un dente e l’altro un chicco di riso che con un pochino più di attenzione poteva essere evitata, ottima passionalità del maitre o caposala; e del ragazzo indiano; un po’ meno quella degli altri che eccessivamente disinvolti non lesinavano qualche commento e risolino sui commensali. Sceglievo un vino fuori dalla carta del quale non mi è stato comunicato il prezzo… E per me non era un problema ma tendenzialmente credo sia importante specificarlo.

Loved Francesco's restaurant. I visited Hassler 4 years ago where I enjoyed his fine dining experience. When I heard he opened his own restaurant, I had to try it out, which was very satisfying.All the staff are well informed about what they offer and able to recommend right things.The whole dining experience was very enjoyable.I'd love to come back here upon my next return
