Do not use this company. I have never given a one star review before but here it is.Note: the deposit is €800 and they take a long time (10 working days) to return it.TLDR:The car was good and the rental price was very good but the customer service was so horrible that I will happily pay extra (even double) to avoid this in future. The staff (I interacted with 5 people) were all rude, dismissive and not interested in helping or making a good experience for the customer. Long check in time and stressful experience.Pick up:There were 3 people in front of us in the line when we arrived and it took 40 minutes to get through them and another 15 minutes to check us in. The staff are slow, constantly chatting with each other and have no urgency at all. The check in procedure is clearly overcomplicated and inefficient - they take too much unnecessary information (e.g. City of birth!?) and the basic info we had already provided when making the booking. There is absolutely no desire to help or make the experience better for the customer and when some customers were clearly getting frustrated, the staff got snappy and rude to them.Car:The car was good and worked well. Internally, it was clean. Externally, it was dirty (had not been cleaned) and had a significant number of notable scratches and dents. Some had not been recorded on the paperwork. The staff did not warn us the car was diesel and for someone who has never owned a diesel vehicle before this almost led to a big mistake (the fuel door does not say diesel" it just has the Italian/European code for diesel - which means nothing to an Australian).Drop off:Extremely rude and dismissive when we tried to explain that there we had difficulty refuelling and wanted some advice on how to do it properly (the fuel station we stopped at had an issue with the pump which we weren't aware of at the time). We had to really push them to get any sort of assistance so we could go back out and refuel the car. They kept telling us they would not let us take the car out again and we would have to pay a fee plus fuel charge.After service:I called the store a week after the hire to follow up on the deposit (€800) I put down as I had not yet received it back. The person I spoke to would not help or provide any information

DO NOT rent a car through this company. Absolute crooks. Waiting in line for 1.5 hours now and nobody seems to have any urgency or know why it’s taking so long!! Money robbing ……….!!!!! If you want your trip (or wedding!) ruined, then book with these. Also, the location for pick up is NOT in the terminal. You have to get a shuttle that takes you there so not only are they useless, they have also completely misled every single person here. I will not be reversing this review unless a full refund is provided for the inconvenience caused and many wedding appointments missed as a result of this company’s incompetence.

Great experience with the staff at Florence Airport. They offered a cost-effective no-risk insurance policy on an impressive range of vehicles that even included Maserati SUVs. We were upgraded from the Toyota CH-R I booked to an AMG Mercedes SUV! Very dedicated customer service, with 3 staff on site and others by phone all engaged for around 30 mins as we tried to change the car system language out of Korean (set by previous driver). Friendly and calm staff, with a painless return process. All documents registration and return documents sent to my email, with touchpad signatures. Much appreciated and highly recommended

Avoid!!!!I would give 0 starts if I could!Firstly, they advertise that they are in the terminal, which they aren’t. I paid more to avoid bus transfers to the rental car company!Then we waited almost two hrs in line. They advised if we check in online it’ll speed up the process, but it’s a waste of your energy too.The staff is super slow, and a true scam team. I have informed them that I will be returning the car two days earlier, and confirmed it twice, BUT once I paid hadn’t processed it as requested. So I won’t see that money again!Just avoid the hassle, the wait, the scam. It’s a waste of money, time and patience!Horror!

Absolutely the worst company and people to deal with.1 star is too high.They gave our car away even though we had checked in online. We were delayed by plane and then train and had limited wifi as we came from Australia.42 degrees and they have no other car and this pathetic excuse for a human we dealt with smirked the whole time.They kept saying there is only 60 minutes grace period but didn't try to contact us or even have an alternative.Without going into further details my partner has a condition that was extremely dangerous for her to be out in the heat.We also may have got there earlier but they advertise they are in the terminal at Florence Airport. They are not. Avoid at all costs.

Worst company ever, avoid it like the plague.Scammers. I rented a golf and got a small bad car instead claiming it was a free upgrade.They waste your time and claim extra charges.We waited 3 hours to pick up the car.And when we complain, they threaten not to give the car and call the police.Special mention for the mid-50s guy and the girl aka elena (probably a fake name) to be evil.Avoid it like the plague.Read all the reviews, they are the same. The positive ones are probably fake

Azienda bugiarda！！！！quando ho noleggiato un'auto, mi è stato consigliato di acquistare più di 100 euro di assicurazione completa, ma quando ho restituito l'auto un mese dopo, ho detratto 48,8 euro, dicendo che era per indagare sulle mie informazioni.Dopo due mesi, Ho ricevuto un secondo Il conto di 48,8 euro per la seconda volta, questa volta non ci sono e-mail e nessuna informazione

Pessimi, mi lasciano a piedi perchè il manager non accetta carte di identità non in perfette condizioni, avevo con me anche patente e carta di credito perfette ed ero già stato registrato presso NOLEGGIARE. Vengo liquidato in modo stolido da due scimmie senza alcuna qualità se quella non ripetere a pappagallo le parole del capo non presente.

No problem with the car, and that's the most important, but very bad customer experience at the agency.We waited for more than 2 hours to get our car, outside the agency by 30°C. Check-in amaizingly long!And when we returned the car, the man tried to charge us a scratch. Hopfully I took pictures in the beginning and it was already there.Overall, I won't rent again at Noleggiare.
