No Stars! Not a great experience. Ordered the products over a month ago and still waiting for them. You would be better off flying to Venice and buying it there, than buying it from this person. I have no idea what condition they will be in if and when they finally arrive.

Beautiful, but oh so flimsy. I bought a vase, a drinking goblet and a champagne flute. They are all very nice looking pieces, but both glasses broke very quickly. The champagne flutes snapped off its base on its second use. Then, the goblet broke after about 2 months of infrequent use. Both snapped at the connection to the stem. It was just too flimsy for the size/weight of the glass. I would stay away from anything intended for use and stick to ornamental pieces.

What a disappointment ! We ordered a cat made in Murano glass in a certain color (blue), and instead we received another cat and another size and in different colors. Basically, we did not get our order. We wrote an email that did not get an answer and tried to call... but they hung up at us, claiming there was no email received and that they did not speak either French or English !We are ready to change our comment if they reach out to us... but so disappointing for the price.
