I will choose 0 star if possible.The absolute worst experience.I feel like it’s almost a scam. Don’t do it!Run while you can.•First appointment I had to wait over 1.5 hours because the appointment as made improperly•”there was a mistake” and the aligners didn’t fit•so now it’s been over 3 months and I still haven’t received the kit•they tell me I can’t cancel because there is no cancellation policy•they were aware that I had time limit, and they said “no problem” but now it will not finish within the time limit•the customer support people is rude as they could be, very unhelpful, and as you can see, the customer’s time means nothing to them.•I asked questions about weird charge on my credit card by them, they didn’t answer for weeks, but when they need me to sign contract, I was told to hurry up via WhatsApp repeatedly
