Fantastic location with use of main hotel facilities which are also fantastic. Decent apartment style rooms in the L'Ulivo all very clean. About 5 minutes amble and you can be in the main centre where the ferry goes from. Definite recommendation.

It's a clean appartement hotel. Part of the much nicer hotel a few hundred meters down hill. This means also the swimming pool is not directly with the appartement. The mid size room is rather small when traveling with a kid. The sleeping bench is not that great and the bed in the master bedroom is really hard! After a few days we just wanted to leave due to lack of sleep, turning whole trying to find soft spot. Therefore value for money not that great and only for short stays.

The stay was great up until we realized the blonde host at check-in had charged us the city tax under the table while taking copies of our passports, and we then again had to pay it at check-out. It was impossible to fight because she had not given us a receipt. Lesson learned there. The host pretended not to know what we were talking about when we had checked in with her just the day before. She also spoke broken English. A very disappointing end to an otherwise great trip in Bellagio. The host here knows to prey on young Americans and hopes they don’t notice. Shame on her.Il soggiorno è stato ottimo fino a quando non ci siamo resi conto che l'host bionda al momento del check-in ci aveva addebitato la tassa di soggiorno sotto il tavolo mentre prendevamo le copie dei nostri passaporti, e quindi abbiamo dovuto pagare nuovamente al check-out. Era impossibile combattere perché non ci aveva dato una ricevuta. Lezione imparata lì. Il conduttore ha fatto finta di non sapere di cosa stessimo parlando quando eravamo entrati con lei il giorno prima. Parlava anche un inglese stentato. Una conclusione molto deludente per un viaggio altrimenti fantastico a Bellagio. L'ospite qui sa di predare i giovani americani e spera che non se ne accorgano. Peccato per lei.

I am extremely disappointed by this hotel. The blonde host is a thief. She charged us the city tax when we checked in, and then at check out the main hotel tried to charge us again for City tax. We said we already paid it, and the ladies at the main hotel front desk looked at us confused, and said that is not possible. We went back to residence l’Ulivo and explained to the blonde host that we already paid the tax to her the day before. She denied the whole thing. Basically this lady pocketed all the euros we gave her when we checked in and pretended it never happened. She is a liar and a thief. Do not stay here where they try to cheat their guests. If you must stay here, do NOT give that blonde host a dime.

The olive apartment is the residential unit of the Grand Hotel Villa Serbellino, so you can use the hotel facilitiessuch as gym and swimming pool. Yiu can also wander around the beautiful garden. The apartment is spacious (55m2), modern, well equipped with kitchenware. The bed is firm and I had good sleep. Highly recommended!!!

Very good location, central but quiet, apartment was clean. There is no elevator, you have to carry the luggage around the house from the parking place. Check out is quite early at 10 am.

Definitely a great place for people who loves serenity. Large and cozy rooms. A little far from center but as I said, thanks to that It's so quiet and great for a good night's sleep.
