This Terravision workers absolutely ridiculous.(who sales a ticket). I was about to lost my flight because of these situation.This man just checked our online ticket and didn’t give anything just said go get in the bus. After that bus came, he said your ticket is used you can not get in the bus, go for another. The reason was that he checked a few times. He demanded a money for the next bus either. Just prefer any other firm guys. Have a nice trip.

La fermata è facilmente rinvenibile perché posta subito nella parte destra della stazione centrale di Milano. È possibile pagare i biglietti sia con carta di credito al momento, che in contanti.Non comprendo perché online costino 2€ in meno che dal vivo.

The company provide good bus service, We took service from Milan Central Station to Bergamo airport and it was completed within an hour.Their pick up and drop off locations were accurate and very convenient also if you arrived early or late you can board on the first available bus as no one will ask any questions.

This employee of terravision (milano central ) has no idea about his job , he doesn’t listen passangers and he is always Playing with his mobile device , he didn’t let us into our bus because he scanned our ticket 3-4 times the reason why system showed our ticket is used and he demand a cash from us which we paid before and it was our bus to bergamo airport (11:40) , 5 min later he realized he made a mistake and he let us to go for next one , this is not happened only for us he made a lot of mistakes for everyone , I do not recommend this firm at all there is no serious work !!!!!

Genel olarak güzel bir yolculuk deneyimi.Şoför hafif agresif idi. Otobüs içi klima sistemi gayet iyi çalışıyordu. Fiyatlar ,diğer firmalar ile aynı seviyede. Hesapladığımız süreye yakın bir zamanda havalimanından merkeze ulaştık.Tercih edilebilir.
