Nuestra segunda casa en Roma. Nada negativo que decir. Recomendable 100 %. Umberto nos trato como si fueramos su familia. No duden en tomar este hotel.Desayuno a la cama muy delicioso.Al lado del Vaticano solo cruzar la calle muy buenos restaurantes en la zona.

We loved our stay! Our room was very clean and comfortable. Olga would bring us a delicious breakfast to our room every morning. The breakfast consisted of a cornerto (Italian croissant) and crunchy Italian bread, yogurt, cappuccino, juice, and lots of goodies to pack later for a light snack. The hotel is directly across the street from St. Peter’s Basillica. Humberto and Olga made us feel very welcome and made sure everything was perfect!

My husband had paid in advance for a one night stay at Rome Aparthotel. We asked several times prior to our arrival about parking for our rental car. We were assured that they had a partnership with a secure parking area for our trip. We had only one night in Rome and did not want any complications so we could maximize our enjoyment. When we arrived at the hotel Umberto was not working but his assistant, Olga was there. She sent us to the parking area to secure our car and we found that the lot was closed. We contacted Olga and she tried to contact Umberto but did not get a response. We lost 2 hours of our valuable time trying to find out if the lot was going to be open later or if we had other parking options. After being hot and tired we checked into another hotel with a secure lot available. Umberto called my husband and said he would be in contact later with him. We requested at least a partial refund but did not receive anything from Umberto. Very disappointing.

Ottima camera , posizione perfetta per visitare Roma

Ottima struttura e gestione molto simpatica e gentile. La camera è a due passi dal Vaticano e dalla sua finestra è possibile godere di una veduta spettacolare di San Pietro. Assolutamente consigliato, ora sappiamo dove pernottare quando saremo nuovamente a Roma

Ottima location di fianco al Vaticano. Camere perfettamente pulite e ben arredate. Ottima anche la colazione in camera. Consiglio vivamente
