I've used firefly in Milan and all went smoothly. Rented in Olbia and had a horrible experience. Rude driver took me to the off site office (way away from the airport) where there were just 2 staff and a queue of customers. Office is above a car retailer with access via fire stairs and no lifts. People had to leave baggage unattended on the street .... Back inside, there were no seats and it was very hot despite the air con. 3 customers were sent away, in a debatable manner, as this branch doesn't accept cash deposit. They were told, their pre payment won't have been refunded. After 1hr40 i sat down with the assistant, who was trying to be professional, but would have been more appropriate as a pub worker. He pushed very hard for me to buy extra services, with accusatory and irritating statements like -do you realise it's July? They're gonna scratch your car and what if you hit someone? - and -you're a tourist, the police will stop you,it always happens, and you'll get a fine, you'll have to pay a fee to us too-- or -I know you will return the car with damages, it's quite stupid you don't want to buy the package, it will cost you a lot of money, as we always find something on cars at return-. Are we serious? Threatened by a young boy? Moreover! The car was in a rather bad state on the body and only part of the marks on the paint were recorded on the rental agreement, so I had to go back to declare it to the guy, who made me wait another 10 minutes before to nervously sign the extra damage off, as irrelevant" (this was a series of scratches as long as the front door!). Pessimo servizio, personale per niente professionale e maleducato, lunga attesa navetta da e per aereoporto, auto sporca. Non lo consiglierei mai!!!!

l'ufficio è fuori dall'aeroporto ci hanno portato con il pulmino attesa sr si chiama subito circa 10 minuti. l'agenzia è uno Po spartana . hanno chiesto di aggiungere la casco, ma avendo fatto l'assicurazione con l'agenzia non hanno insistito.

Terrible place. We didn't check the car before and now have to pay 170€ for a little mark. This includes a damage of 50€. Make sure you do a thorough check before. We ended up paying as much as we would have paid for the big rental firms.

S'è volete incominciare una vacanza ...da dimenticare ....questo è il primo passo.. superficialità ed arroganza ... comportamento al limite della legalità... sarebbe meglio ritirarli la licenza... non si può trattare le persone in quel modo...una vacanza serve per ...rilassarsi in spensieratezza...un consiglio chiudete......mi raccomando...fate tante foto ...a tutta la macchina... ruote e cerchi... controllate la ruota di scorta... è... restituire la macchina due ore prima....se no ...ciao aereo...mai più

Worst car rental experience of all time! A huge re-organization of the staff is necessary! Very unfriendly. Took about an hour to arrange evrything at the office. Went outside and the employee said he would be coming to check the car with me. After 15 minutes he was not there. I ask his co-worker, 'yeah, he was tired so went home' ?!?!?Car was very dirty upon pick-up. After 30 km flat tire. They told me to arrange it myself and drive back to the office. Very rude and not nice went returning like it was my fault. Even said in the beginning I had to pay for the flat tire. Luckily that was changed quickly when I was about to call the police. Then received a other car. Awful looking car!Upon returning the car came into the office, where two (!) clients were having quarrels with two different employees. And one of them was calling the police!I hope this company will go bankrupt very soon, because this is a very bad first experience for people coming to Sardinia!

Scammers!Be careful, when renting a car to this company, they do everything in a deliberate way to force you to pay for damages you haven´t done.When we went to take care of the paperworks there was a french couple, they where scamming to pay for damages already existing in the car.One of the members of staff warned us, to take pictures of the car before renting it, so we did and it prevented us to pay for damage we did not do.They gave us a croqui to sign without even seing the car, the firefly staff member said there were no damages in the car but I refused to sign and said I would verify the car before signing any document.When i went to see the car it was dirty and with plenty of bumps, which I documented with photos and in the croqui.On the day of the departure, when we went to deliver the car he tried to charge us for the existent bumps before the rental but then I showed him the pictures and he said it was ok.Be very careful!!!

Pros: Affordable prices.Cons: Almost 3 hours we waited to have the car ready. Unfriendly staff. Located 3 km away from the airport. Shuttle car picks you up at a location that you only find out if you call them. My car was OK and I did not have to ask for support, but they did not strike me as a very responsive persons. I only recommend it if you are looking for one of the cheapest options.

Non mi sono trovata bene. Il personale è cortese ma molto pasticcione, all'arrivo non riuscivano ad inserire i miei dati. Alla consegna peggio, hanno compilato male il modulo dei danni dell'auto e risultavano mancanti diversi danni di conseguenza per loro li avevo fatti io. Per fortuna inizialmente avevo fatto numerose foto! infatti grazie a queste ho potuto contestare e avere ragione. Altrimenti avrei dovuto pagare tra gli 800 e i 1600 euro per errore loro! Consiglio spassionato: fate tante foto, anche ai cerchioni!!

Economico ma di buon livello. Anche se l'ufficio non é in aeroporto sono ben organizzati con navetta. Esperienza da ripetere.
