Kann die schlechten Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen.Haben uns Sonnenbrillen angeschaut und wurden recht gut beraten.Verkäufer kamen am Anfang etwas kühl" rüber

Oggi ho acquistato un paio di occhiali presso l'Ottica Monica all'interno dell' union lido. Ho trovato professionalità e competenza, staff gentile e disponibile. Sempre attenti alle tue esigenze. Consigliatissimo

DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP!!! Warning!!!! The shop staff are the rudest people you will meet. Went there to get a pair of kids sunglasses. The staff then claimed my little boy dropped a pair and both staff members aggressively claimed that he had scratched them and began shouting. We were unable to prove that he hadn’t and the staff would not let the kids or their mother leave until they were paid for even although they were not wanted. They frightened the children so much that they were paid for to get out of the place. The shop charged full price for the damaged sunglasses and did not even offer them at a reduced or shop cost price. We complained to Union Lido staff who were also not that interested. Avoid at all costs. The Bazar shop on site also sells sunglasses.

In questo negozio ho trovato un buon assortimento. Qui ho preso sia occhiali da vista che da sole, anche per i membri della mia famiglia. Sono stata seguita e consigliata bene , direi più che soddisfatta! Il personale è gentile , preparato e compentente . Super! CONSIGLIATISSIMO

Nein Danke! Schlechte Qualität zu hohen Preisen und schlechte Bedienung!Habe mir eine Sonnenbrille um 25€ gekauft. Am nächsten Tag war ein Bügel defekt,obwohl ich die Brille eigentlich nicht getragen habe! Mit Widerwillen und mit entsprechender Argumentation wurde der Bügel getauscht. 2 Tage später war die Brille am Steg kaputt und auch hier habe ich die Brille nicht überstrapaziert!!!!Ich erwarte keine Wunder... Aber mein Besuch im Laden war eher unerwünscht und die Schuld wurde mir in die Schuhe geschoben. Ich habe dieselbe Brille im Geschäft vor dem Platz gesehen und zwar um 15€! Das hat die Dame aber auch nicht interessiert. Ich habe den Schrott auf der Ladentheke liegen lassen und bin gegangen. Brille habe ich mir nun im Laden vor dem Platz gekauft.Eigentlich kann so ein Laden zumachen, denn auf einem 5Sterne Platz geht so etwas gar nicht!!

Der Service und die Qualität von Monica ist nur zu empfehlen.Meine Sonnenbrille mit Gleitsicht ist besser als die von einem deutschen Optiker
