I’m surprised to see a few low ratings for this company, as my husband and I had a really incredible experience with them last week! We walked in after having driven up from Naples and only had a few hours to show my father in law around Rome, and specifically the Vatican museum. It was 10:46 and we asked if we could join a private tour as soon as possible. We were told by a very pretty and friendly lady that we are asking for a miracle - yet after two or three calls, she managed to get us a skip the queue (100% worth that!) ticket for all 3 of us for 11am! We weren’t able to join the tour, but we got in! And that was good enough for us. We had been before and were able to recall most of the important things anyway. But I really think this company is great and very willing to provide a service. They even let me change in the back room as I was wearing a dress that wouldn’t be allowed into the Sistine Chapel, and were selling 2 euro scarves in case anyone needed one to cover their shoulders. As a whole, it was a great experience all round for us :)

Terrible company. Told our group (12) we would have a private guide. Then delayed our tour twice plus added 9 people to our private group." Guide was likable but not very good at her job. Did not deliver what was promised. Save your money and book elsewhere."

Not the best wish I just queued up now very expensive for what it is . You skip the queue going up the hill to then queue in some other line outside, then we went inside and was chaos . Not impressed having to wait about another 20 min to get given tickets that are a fraction of what we paid . Had some ear clip on device that was rubbish kept falling off & then got a tour of very little of the place we must missed at least half of it . They did give you the option of going back on your own to look at some of it on your own . My advice just do it in your own & save a loads of money.

We did the French tour and our guide was exceptional in sharing her knowledge. Truly vocational and a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend it

Wonderful experience both in the Vatican and the Colosseum! The Habemus team completely took the stress out of visiting the busy Rome and I would recommend them warmly.The Habemus Team organised a full day for my family and we really enjoyed it! It was a top notch experience and I would choose them again, anytime. We took a guided tour through the Vatican, skipped the huge line in less than 20 minutes. Filippo, our guide was very organised and accommodating. He was very knowledgeable about the entire museum which was impressive, he was kind and really took care of the group. He got us the perfect spot in the Sistine Chapel to look at the famous paintings. Loved it!After this, we had a tour in the Colosseum, Forum Romanum and the Palatin Hill with Diego. It was one of the best tours of my life! It was informative, entertaining and very fun.Impressive organisation and a great team, thank you!!
