Abbiamo trascorso la nostra luna di miele presso l'hotel genziana , é stata una settimana indimenticabile coccolati da tutto il personale dell'hotel. Eccezionale in pulizia ,gentilezza dello staff. Ma il punto forte dell'hotel é la ristorazione piatti unici ricercati ogni sera un esperienza unica. Faremo di tutto per tornare.Valentina e Domenico

Very nice hotel with excellent service and great location. You feel very welcome and like at home. The food is great and the service fast and nearly perfect. They offer great hiking tours with Lukas and after the walks you will get excellent cocktails from Nicola the Barman. Very charming, funny and nice guy.

Stop looking and book this hotel! My friend and I traveled to Italy from the United States and we decided to stay at Hotel Genziana. I’m so glad we did. Not only are there amenities great, their staff is friendly, helpful, accommodating and caring. The hotel is traditionally styled on the exterior but very modern and elegant throughout the common areas and rooms.I want to point out a few things that made Hotel Genziana stand out for me. First, two of their staff members stood out among a great staff team. I’m the mornings, at the front desk is Sarah. Her bubbly, warm welcome always started the morning off on a positive note. She always seemed genuinely happy to see us and was happy to help with anything we needed. And I must mention Nick, as other reviewers have. I’m not exactly sure what his position is at the hotel because he was willing to do whatever it took to make sure our stay was excellent. He’s wonderful to talk to, makes amazing cocktails and generally made us feel welcome and cared-for.Second, the food here is wonderful. The breakfast is served buffet-style and is far and above what I expected. They have sweet and savory items, fresh fruit, fresh meats and cheeses, a wide selection of hot teas and even a fruit and vegetable juicer!Dinner was also great. For about 25€ we enjoyed multiple five-six course meals in a luxurious setting.Last, but definitely not least, the hotel offers lots of suggested activities specific to the season. On Saturdays in the Summer, they offer an e-bike tour of Val Gardena that is mind-blowing Lt beautiful and fun. It was the highlight of our trip to Italy and only cost 39€ when booked through the hotel.I can’t recommend this hotel enough. They made our first time in Italy amazing!

Incredible! We had an unplanned mountain biking excursion of a lifetime throughout the hills of Val Gardena thanks to arrangements made by the hotel.Breakfast was great with a wide variety of options and dinner was always delicious with some surprising courses.The hotel was fantastic and the staff were attentive and friendly. Special shoutout to Nick who helped us experience some fantastic drinks.The room was clean and kept neat by the staff. Overall it was an incredible experience.

Excellent hotel and service. It was just what I needed. I spent a week here solo and enjoyed everything. First, you are greeted by Sara with a big smile. She is warm and makes you feel so welcomed. The daily hikes are amazing. Lukas, the hiking guide, knows the area well and leads really good and different hikes Mon-Fri. He is funny and nice so you’ll also enjoy his company. Sign up for the halfboard so you can indulge in the very tasty dinners; this was a major highlight of the stay and so worth it. The food and service were topnotch. The location is perfect; it’s close to everything. And it was very easy to get around without a car because there is great, close bus service. Excellent hotel all around. I was not surprised to meet guests who were regulars. This is the kind of place you want to repeat, and I can’t wait to do so.

We had a wonderful second visit to Hotel Genziana. Amazing food, comfortable rooms, a great spa area and excellent service. Highly recommend!

Absolutely superb. We arrived at midnight and the reception greeted us in the garage with a baggage cart. The breakfast spread was awesome, as was the 5 course dinner menu every night. We loved the food. The hotel also has a great spa in the basement with an indoor pool, steam room, sauna, infrared sauna, whirlpool and more. In addition to an outdoor whirlpool. The hotel is located in a great location to explore the surrounding areas and is a short walk to the gondola that takes you to Alpe de Siusi, our favorite part of our two week trip.
