Relais 147 - Taormina

Fine settimana trascorso in una struttura veramente accogliente calda e molto elegante. Da segnalare l'attenzione per la cura e la pulizia dell'ambiente. Un grazie particolare ai padroni di casa per la loro gentilezza cortesia e disponibilità.

It’s too bad that 5 is the highest star rating. I’ve seen a lot of the world and stayed in many places but this place is a true gem! Taormina is beautiful, really worth visiting. It has some busy shopping streets. This place has it’s entrance on one of the main streets. Once you go through the front door you enter a sea of tranquility. A lush and relaxed garden with various spaces to sit and wind down. The room we were in is really cozy. A rather big bathroom, a walk in closet and a private terrace that is even bigger than the room. In one word, AMAZING! Great service, a drink whilst relaxing in the garden. This place is wonderful. A bit above average pricing but really worth it. Public parking is just a stone throw away. If you have a chance, stay here while you are in Taormina. You won’t be disappointed!

Capita di scoprire luoghi per caso. Quando progettiamo un viaggio alcune volte succede di avere delle aspettative, altre invece no.Taormina, seppur nella sua bellezza, può essere molto “turistica” e trasferire poco la genuina essenza della Sicilia: il Relais di Salvo è stata per noi una meravigliosa scoperta. Un connubio perfetto tra autenticità e bellezza.Non so cosa ho apprezzato di più di questa meravigliosa struttura: se il giardino segreto con gli alberi di arancio, la dedizione con cui Salvo e sua moglie curano questo bellissimo luogo, la minuzia e la ricercatezza degli arredi e dei dettagli che la caratterizzano.Consiglio a chiunque decidesse di visitare Taormina di soggiornare in questo luogo speciale, immerso nel pieno centro di Taormina e capace di regalare un soggiorno difficilmente dimenticabile.Grazie e di certo, a presto!

Ubicado en la calle principal de Taormina. Nada mas entrar te encuentras un jardín mágico donde sirven el desayuno. La habitación muy cómoda con una terraza espectacular. En el baño hay una ventana con vistas al Etna. Y la amabilidad y atención de Salvo fue estupenda.

Elegante, comodo e centralissimo.

The first stop of our 3 weeks travel across Sicilia, started in Taormina, at Relaise 147. We stayed at this wonderful place for 5 days. We stayed at Suite Etna, and it soon felt like our home away frome home in Taormina. The suite is spacious, and have a beautiful semi-private terrace with a beautiful Sicilian decour. Although it is placed on the main street of Taormina, Relaise 147 has a secluded, secret garden with a nice jacuzzi and also have a beautiful seating area to relax from the huzzle and buzzle of the streets just oustside. Rohid was the most lovley host, and he helped us with booking really good restaurants. Like Adduma restaurant. And we had the most lovely stay at this beautiful place.

Great boutique hotel right on the Main Street of Taormina. Just have to be prepared to roll your luggage for a few hundred metres to get there as no cars allowed on the Corso after early morning. Was not problem at all for us and well worth the excellent location.

Esperienza molto negativa. La gentilezza dovrebbe venire prima di tutto. A causa dei disagi per l’incendio all’aeroporto di Catania il volo è stato cancellato e non c’è stato modo di poter raggiungere Taormina. L’hotel era già pagato e non c’è stata nessuna comprensione per l’accaduto a differenza di tanti altri hotel della zona che hanno fornito voucher per un nuovo soggiorno.L’ospitalità siciliana è un altra cosa e consiglio a tutti di poterla apprezzare perché è parte integrante del viaggio ma NON in questa struttura!
