Excellent service. We used this service twice during our stay in Florence, and were very pleased. Both of our children were very happy and comfortable with Anela and Erva.

Use the service four times during our week and a half in Florence and had three different sitters and they were all fantastic. Our kids are used to having babysitters but even so, I was surprised and delighted that our 3-year-old asked for one of them by name.

Ambra was wonderful - very patient with our wild 4 year and attentive with our 1 year old. She made sure to remember all our input on how to best deal with our kids & they had a wonderful time with her. Will use again next time we’re back in Florence!
