Excellent place to stay, perfect location, was quite, clean and perfect for remote work/studying, and the hosts were super attentive! Thank you!

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura a metà Luglio con mia moglie, l’appartamento era dotato di tutte le comodità, nuovissimo e curato nei minimi particolari con arredamento moderno.Molto bello anche gli spazi esterni giardini curati e tutto molto pulitoLa villa si trova a pochi minuti dal mare e da tutte le attrazioni del posto.Complimenti per tutto siamo stati benissimo e torneremo sicuramente

Haben Ende Juli 2022 eine Woche in Lido Luxury Villas verbracht (4 Erwachsene) und können folgende Eindrücke weitergeben:+++• Sehr saubere, gepflegte neue Anlage• Gut ausgestattete Badezimmer• Waschküche mit mehreren Waschmaschinen (gegen Gebühr)• Gute Parkmöglichkeiten beim Haus• Gute Lage – Gehdistanz zum Meer sowie zu diversen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Lokalen etc.---• Spärliche Ausstattung sowohl beim Mobiliar als auch in der Küche, keine Ablagemöglichkeiten in der Dusche• Sehr instabiles Internet - ständige Neuanmeldung nötig• Kein Wäschewechsel (Handtücher) wird angeboten (mindestens 1 x während einer Urlaubswoche wäre wünschenswert)• Sehr hellhörig (bei Wohnungsnachbarn, die bis spät in die Nacht sehr laut sind ziemlich störend)• Wenig / Kaum Privatsphäre im Aussenbereich (Sitzplatz) bei den einzelnen Wohnungen (keine Abgrenzung zu den Nachbareinheiten)Alles in allem eine gepflegte neue Anlage mit praktisch eingerichteten Wohnungen.Um allerdings dem Anspruch „Luxury“ und dem damit verbundenen doch recht hohen Preisniveau gerecht zu werden, sollten hinsichtlich Ausstattung und Service noch einige Upgrades durchgeführt werden.

Ende August 2022 einige Tage hier verbracht. Haus sehr gut, Besitzer immer vor Ort und sehr hilfsbereit. Auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen.

Almost on the sand. But luckily not on the large road in front of the beach: just a little backwards, where there is not the noise of the living night.Impressive the spot of the luxury villas, not common for the place, where you can find only small b&b.5 villas. Each one is big for many persons.On the flat roof it is possible to enjoy the time, looking around and relaxing.Service is ok. Sometimes, if you are lucky, you can find Mr Massimo: a very kind sir, who can mix efficency and courtesy as well.Silent, privacy, relax: all in one treasure. Enjoy !!

Ottimo, pulito, spazioso, tutto nuovo, il mare è vicinissimo
