Good place to rent a house boat

Bella vacanza molto ben organizzati .....giusto un po più di cura nelle pulizie delle barche

La vacanza in houseboat su fiume è meravigliosa.. Si è a contatto con la natura e si possono ammirare paesaggi e panorami da un altro punto di vista... Lo staff è molto cordiale e cortese... Il top!!!!!

Excellent all round. Only negatives were could hace appreciated a bit more warning about restricted waterways ...eg Murano but managed to get a unique view...and a few more moorings en route would be brilliant. The staff and facilities are superb.

Le Boat is a big insurance scam. If you want to relax and sail on a boat DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY.Trust me, I have never wrote as bad review as this one, but this time I have to.My family, friends and I have planned amazing boat trip in Italy for a week with le boat. We have been looking forward, i have traveled with my boyfriend from Denmark to Italy and we met up with others, we checked into the boat and... FIRST PROBLEM. They did not check anything, they let us start our trip and after we did our groceries we realized our fridges don’t work as well as our rudder for turning so of course we had to sail back to have it fixed. (not to mention that most of our food went bad as the fridges didn’t work!) It already ruined our WHOLE day. Next day, we arrive at the marina with a big storm so we quickly have to find a spot to “park”. We spent our night there and first thing in the morning at 7:20 am we want to start sailing to Burano but the “manager” of the marina says that he cannot let us go because the boat doesn’t have insurance?!?!?THE DRAMA HAS STARTED.Our documents were kept away, passports, IDs...and we couldn’t leave, he called the police, they arrived few hours later, we called Neil the guy who rented us boat from the beginning and guess what... he didn’t want to come 10 km to our city to help us out so basically we had to learn Italian and try to discover if LE BOAT have insurance. They did not! We didn’t understand much of what is happening because of language barrier but we were sure “10min and we can go, sail further” because Le boat company tried to convince us that they have insurance for all boats as they “couldn’t afford not to have” so we spent around 10 hours being FULLY ready to sail but the problems kept occurring. Around 6pm guardia de financia arrived that is another type of “police” and they completely arrested our boats as the picture depicts and you would think Le boat would come and help us fix the problem? No... they did not:) what is more, we were forced to leave the boats and wait for the flight for a week with the whole additional fees, of course we didn’t get full refund, I really hope we will but no one is willing to speak to us. Moreover, we had a document that we paid full insurance when we booked the trip, but Le Boat didn’t do so, and that’s what police cared about!Guys, if you plan a vacation and you don’t want to be unexpectedly stopped by someone or deal with police I really, really, really don’t recommend Le Boat.

NO INSURANCE ON THEIR BOATS! OUR BOAT GOT ARRESTED BY POLICE!!We expected to have a calm and pleasant week on a boat. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a nightmare. On the second day, the boat we got withheld by coastal police, who arrested our boat due to lack of insurance. It is important to notice that we even paid for an extra insurance policy to ensure that everything was okay. But apparently, Le Boat is the most unprofessional and lousy company I have ever encountered. We called Le Boat many times to try to solve the issue, but they were reluctant to help and did not act on this highly critical issue.Since we were not allowed to stay at the boat from the police authority, we were stranded in the middle of nowhere having our original plans disrupted due to unacceptable service of Le Boat.To make it even worse we have been in contact with Le Boat and they are still treating us poorly, offering no compensation at all for their mistake and our disrupted vacation. 
It is mind-boggling that a company can exist treating customers who have paid a lot of money for rental and insurance. I don’t understand why we as paying customers should be punished for Le Boat not having basic formalities (insurance) in place? 
We are shocked and we strongly advise others NOT to choose Le Boat!! We basically just paid for getting our vacation disrupted by police due to lack of insurance from Le Boat’s side. Where Le Boat offered no compensation or help.

Very nice personnel, amazing service, always ready to help. A vacation on a boat is a great experience, even tho a bit pricy. But worth it! Been there 3 Times now, the boat was always clean and there were almost no issues.
