The lady, Valentina working here was very kind and courteous! She took her time to explain everything and was very open to questions. They have almost every article that's on the catalog but the downside is that they usually have only one piece of each article. If you are looking to buy a TAG Heuer then this surely is the place (right in the heart of Venice).

Had a very positive and friendly interaction at this shop. The agents were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. If I hadn’t just purchased a watch elsewhere, I likely would have bought something here just based on the interaction.They had a nice selection of the catalog and had some really big hitters in the case. Entre con mi mujer a comprar una correa para mí Tag Connected. Me tuve que ir tras 5 minutos esperando. En una tienda de 15m2!!!!!Después de preguntar, recibí una mirada despreciable del encargado,... que me esperara.Horrible!!!!!!Se veía venir desde el momento que entré.Qué falta de sentido común!!!!

Really nice Tag boutique with a very broad selection of watches. Have been warmly welcomed and got good information about appropriate models which I was looking for. Went out with my new Formula 1 :) fully recommend this Tag boutique.
