Premetto che la mia recensione è relativa SOLO al tentato noleggio di una bici e che non ho utilizzato nessun altro servizio. Entriamo verso le 16,30 a chiedere se si possono affittare delle biciclette per provare la vicina super ciclabile. La signora che ci accoglie dice che è previsto solo il noleggio per mezza giornata a 17 euro ciascuno. Dicendo che per un'ora ci sembra molto, la signora ci dice di aspettare e torna dal retro con due biciclette un po' datate dicendo che ci può fare 15 ciascuno. Non mi è sembrata un'offerta accettabile e accogliente. Per due euro poteva risparmiarci l'attesa. Abbiamo fatto altro.

This review pertains to the ski rental operation only. I did not take a lesson.Do not rent skis from this place.I rented skis boots and a helmet for a five day ski visit to the area. I have been skiing for over 40 years. After one day skiing, one of my shins hurt, so I brought the boots back to the shop. The man said the boot fits and there isn't anything wrong with it.He gave me a different brand boot because I insisted. I asked him if it needed to be fit to the ski. He said no, because it's the same size. I asked him - are you sure. He seemed annoyed, so I decided to trust him.After that, on three separate occasions, one of my skis detached from its boot - while I was skiing, Three times, and each time, I wiped out. I very rarely fall when skiing - and I never have wiped out like these times.I went into a shop near the mountain where I was skiing that day (not the shop from which I'd rented the equipment). They said that the bindings were set to a weight 50 kg less than my weight. Then I mentioned to them how I had changed the boots and how the rental shop had said there was no need to fit the replacement boots to the skis. The guy said, oh that's not true. So he had me, with my boots on, step into the skis. They required further adjustments.After that, I had no more problems with the boots or skis.When I returned the skis to this shop, I told them what had happened. The guy there wouldn't hear anything of it. He totally disbelieved me, said that I was wrong, and dismissed me without any interest at all.Skiing can be a dangerous sport. The last thing a person needs is to rent equipment that isn't set up properly. That was problem #1 with this place. Problem #2 is their utter lack of accountability. The guy in this shop, according to his own opinion only - can do no wrong.

Fabulous ski school, especially for younger children and beginners at smaller, family-oriented ski area. Excellent instruction from friendly, experienced teachers.
