The service from our driver Alberico was exceptional. He was early for each trip. He was cheerful, very friendly and very experienced. We hired Rainbow Limos for 3 private transfers in Italy. They were so amazing! From communication with Ivana and both the drivers, our travels were seamless and smooth. Would recommend to anyone traveling from Rome down to Amalfi Coast / Naples etc. We had 5 people and multiple luggages, plenty of room, vans were clean and well maintained, water provided a nice touch. Will use again and will recommend.

Our experience with Rainbow Limos was superb. The experience with Ivana was excellent from my first questions to helping with the scheduling of our tours. Our driver, Gaetano was very knowledgeable and knew exactly the areas we were visiting. Gave us information, places to eat as well as time needed in each destination. Cars were emaculant and water was given freely to keep hydrated. They all, from Ivana to Gaetano and Luciano made the trip unforgettable and worry free. I can't imagine taking the trip without them.

We had a wonderful experience with Rainbow Limos, using them twice on our trip! Alberico picked us up from Naples train station and was exactly where Ivana said he would be. He assisted us with our luggage, which was much appreciated since it was quite heavy. On our drive to Positano, he was beyond friendly and informative. He even stopped during our ride so we could get out of the car and look at a beautiful beach.(He took our photo too).He drove smoothly and calmly.On our way to Naples Airport a few days later, Gaetano picked us up early in the morning. Although there was a lot of traffic, it was a smooth, quiet ride which is just what we needed. Overall, great experience and will definitely book again!!!

Do yourself a favor and book with them right now before they fill up. I can't say enough great things. Hear me loud and clear - - Don't rent a car, don't count on buses, and don't go at it on your own to cut costs. Your vacation will be stressful...we saw the panicked look in tourists' eyes standing in bus lines while we cruised by them in our Rainbow vehicle. :) Ivana is incredibly detailed, organized, and clear with quotes and billing. Her emails are executive level worthy correspondences of clarity! Luciano and the other drivers are always early, in beautifully clean vehicles, and genuinely nice and lovely people. They are professionals in every way. We used them for two tours and four transfers. The decision to use Rainbow Limos made our time on the Amalfi Coast relaxing and easy. Now go book them!

We used Rainbow to both collect us from and take us back to Naples, and in short, cannot say enough good things about the team. The instructions were to clear, the cars new and super clean, the drivers courteous, keeping to the speed limit, and all round, just a fab experience. We used Rainbow for a 6 hour driving tour of the Amalfi Coast with stops in Amalfi and Ravello as well as a transfer from Positano to Naples. The experience couldn’t have been better. Ivana stayed in touch during the months b/w booking and the trip and was super friendly and helpful. Our driver, Alberico, was fantastic on the Amalfi tour. The timing on everything was perfect and he was knowledgeable and friendly. Likewise, the ride to Naples was timely and smooth. Prices were reasonable and the cars were nice and clean.

Highly recommend using Rainbow Limos! We used their service for a private transfer from Naples to Positano and back and were so happy with their service. From the first interaction booking the trips through Ivana to our drivers, Luciano and Alberico, we had nothing but top-notch service. They gave us suggestions and recommendations, and got us to our destinations safely and on time. Thank you!

We used Rainbow Limos three times during our trip to Italy. They were AMAZING! They were on time, respectful, and even took the time to stop along the way for our group to take pictures and make a grocery store run. Without them, our trip would NOT have been so relaxing. If you are planning to visit Italy (especially the Almafi Coast) you can't go wrong using this company. Yes, the cost is a bit higher than public transportation, but it is well worth it! After a long flight from the US with little to no sleep, having Rainbow Limos there to meet us and get us to our home on the coast was such a relief. They also picked up our two girls from the airport in Naples (where I might add, the driver was a VERY HANDSOME young man who was similar in age to our college aged girls). It was perfect on EVERY level. From communication, to booking, to three confirmations prior to each transport, Rainbow Limos is the way to go!

If I could give 6/5 stars, I would! We used Rainbow Tours June 2023! I cannot say enough good things about the experience! The communication with Ivana from the start was so helpful, quick and instructions for meeting were clear. She helped us confirm how much time we would need to get from FCO airport to Naples, and answered all of our question prior to our trip over email. Gaetano picked us up at Naples train station. He was kind and patient despite our plane and train delays getting us into Naples two hours later than planned. Luckily, We were able to communicate with Ivana about the delays day of so they were aware. The car was clean and they had nice car seats for my young children (which we requested and they gladly provided). With an extra cost, they helped us arrange a tour guide for a private tour of Pompeii with Joesphine which was limited in time and what we could see because of our travel delays but was still delightful and Josephine helped us make the most of our time there! Gaetano stayed with our luggage in the van while we had our tour, and then transported us to our hotel in Sorrento. A few days later, Gaetano picked us up again to take us back to Naples train station. Ivana confirmed our driver and pick up time the day before. Again, he was timely, professional and so very kind. If you need any transportation needs in the Sorrento/Naples/Almafi/Positano region of Italy, I cannot recommend this company more!
