They are thieves! They didn't give me a refund when I cancelled. It wasn't free cancellation but I should have got most of my money back. Eventually booking got involved and refunded me. Don't trust these people!

Great service, very quiet and relaxing place.

Carla is lovely host happy to help with advice, printing tickets etc. Accomodation quiet and rooms are lovely with a nice selection for continental breakfast re-stocked every day. Murrano is a lovely Island and worth staying for a few days to relax after Venice.

Great place if you like roaches! We came back to our room at midnight to find the place littered with little cockroaches coming out of the walls. I called the owner/manager Zaniol Carla, and while he did wake up and come investigate, his attitude was “bugs come in from outside, what can I do about it?” I probably killed 10 roaches in my room in 10 minutes. We had to sleep with the lights on so they wouldn’t come out. On top of that, there was several spider webs in the rooms. How you don’t get rid of some spider webs before guests come is beyond me. The owner only wanted to refund 10 euros out of the 83 we spent to sleep in roach infested room with the lights on.

Prezzo onestissimo, personale molto professionale e a modo! Camera pulita, luminosa e accogliente, accessoriata di tutto punto, su misura per turisti. Raccomando la permanenza!

Non corrispondeva alla prenotazione fatta

Camera attrezzata con tutto quello che può servire anche per la colazione e bagno tutto in ordine e pulito

Ho cercato di contattare la struttura il giorno prima dell' arrivo ma non ho avuto risposta ( né per messaggio né per telefono) . Una volta arrivata sul posto, non ho trovato nessuna insegna e nemmeno il campanello , ho chiamato di nuovo al numero indicato e nessuno ha risposto. A questo punto, visto che ero con una bambina , ho dovuto necessariamente trovare una soluzione diversa. Oltre a questo , mi hanno anche addebitato il soggiorno, pur non avendo potuto di fatto soggiornare. Esperienza pessima, non consiglio questo posto a nessuno! Evitatelo!

E' la struttura più economica a Murano. In buona posizione e con un piccolo giardino che si affaccia sul canale. In giardino sosta un gatto spelacchiato. Di notte in camera vedrete degli scarafaggi come segnalato in precedenza. Purtroppo la proprietà non ha provveduto alla deblattizzazione. La signora che ci ha accolti, non parla italiano .
