Bonjorno..O gara spațioasă cu toate dotarile de rigoare.e.doar că cafeaua expreso a fost de proastă calitate..nu se compara cu cea servită în FRANTA..ITALIENII cam expediției..amabilitate redusă și expeditivi..în rest no comment more într-o gara de orășel mic italian...

Von Nizza (Frankreich) via Monaco weiter nach Ventmiglia, Italien. Mit einem Zug ganze drei Länder passieren. Der Bahnhof Ventimiglia ist der Endbahnhof für französische Regionalzüge und Startbahnhof für den Italienischen Fernverkehr. Im Bahnhof befindet sich ein Lebensmittelgeschäft sowie dem dazugehörigen Schnellrestaurant mit hochwertig zubereiteten italienischen Gerichten. Der Ort selbst ist obendrein sehr sehenswert. Zur Strandpromenade sind es nur drei Minuten zu Fuß.

This town has a real nice train station. The town center is fair. Beaches in the town are not nice, but I did not try the ones outside the city. Lots and lots of lost souls in this town. I was there outside the season so I could see it for what It really was. A seemigly poor town with a few tourists. I would not reccomend leaving for example Nice to go here. I am never going back. Anything onbthe french side of the border is nicer.

Stazione ordinata e pulita. Bagni eccezionalmente puliti (a pagamento). Rampe per disabili ben presenti e anche l'ascensore molto efficiente. I treni per la Francia hanno anche accesso per carrozzine, cosa non pervenuta nei treni di Ferrovie Italiane.

Small train station but easy to navigate. You will find a few electronic machines to buy tickets, the board in the main hall displays incoming trains and from which platform they're leaving from. The staff do not really speak English but Italian or French will do fine.

An alle Touristen: Die Bahn in Italien ist absolut nicht empfehlenswert!Die Wartezeiten auf die Züge sind extrem lang, zum Teil fast 45 Minuten. Die Kosten sind prinzipiell schon sehr hoch, für eine schon gebuchte Fahrt mit einem langsameren Zug, wurden beim Zusteigen in den schnelleren Zug +15€ pro Person dazuverlangt.Das ist totale Abzocke und einfach unverschämt!

Went here for the Friday market which was great. The beaches here were lovely and much calmer and nicer than Nice. The food in general was a high standard and the people were lovely.
