Pizzeria Santacroce

Sono stata il questo posto di venerdì sera e la prima cosa che ho notato è che il coltello sul tavolo era evidentemente sporco.Ho chiesto la pasta allo scoglio che come potete vedere era piena de liquido era insapore e anche scomoda da mangiare con la forchetta! Il mio compagno ha preso la pizza che non era male. C'era troppa gente per quanto è piccolo il locale al punto che non ci riesci neanche a farti sentire de chi ti sta accanto per tutto il rumore che c'è Poi con il rapporto qualità prezzo non ci siamo propio! Personalmente io non ci tornerei.

Pizza molto buona, peccato poichè ho avuto un esperienza abbastanza deprimente: oltre al fatto che la cameriera non voleva aiutarci ad attaccare un tavolo al nostro (poichè eravamo a cena in 10 in due tavolini) il conto alla fine è stato imbarazzante.Non è possibile che uno con una margherita e una birra possa spendere 19€, imbarazzante e un ottima lezione per non farvici ritorno.Delusione totale.

To readersI would never ever want to put something negative story about small business ,but this honestly reviews will teach them some manners and ,to not being greedy ,and take of advantage of other people’s vulnerability.I believe what goes around comes around.It’s taking me two days to think whether ,I should share my true story with the wonderful people of Arezzo and lovely visitors who coming to stay and go back home with fantastic memories with them and sharing to others who consider coming in future to Arezzo and bring the wealth and joy.To write down this truth story ,is not very easy thought.I read theirs reviews over and over I could not digest to seeing other customers experience and reviews with same thing happened to them and to me as well.With their cunning plans as I treated so badly from this pizzas shop .This is the most honest and real experience I had with this pizzeria in Arezzo .On Tuesday evening after about 7:30 ,I went to this pizza shop and asked if I could have a seat for one person.The young lady , whom behaved unpleasantly and very unwelcoming proposed me seat right next to the pizza oven.It was very hot and uncomfortable to sit and rest. It was the wrong place for me to sit and eat there .?……After a few seconds, I asked her if I could sit next to the cooler fan by the window?the outcome of my request was reluctantly agreed.After waiting at least 30 minutes, she came to me, I pointed to the pizza recipe showing on the menu,and it was 10 euros .I asked her if I could exchange the sausage , for a artichoke?The waiter said that is fine.I asked her to confirm she understood me? The response was from her was 100 percent .nothing else is added to my order . She said.Then I showed the beer on the menu which was €4.50, so my total order was €14.50.I asked her can I have my pizza with a nice crusty and well cook.While I was waiting for my food, I saw those other people whose left a lot of their food behind , I could see the expressions from their faces that they were not enjoying their food ,sadly.I was thinking,Oh my goodness,!I waited 20 minutes for my pizza to be served.Finally my food arrived and she put my food on the table and didn't ask me ,if you are satisfied or can I get you anything?My pizza was exactly was opposite ,what i ordered.The dough was not cooked and all around , and in middle of pizza soggy and wet, water dripping while I was eating.Unfortunately, I didn't want to make a complaint,or to make a seen .to make other customers feel uncomfortable.I took out 15 euros from my wallet and I tried to pay, but suddenly the same girl and another woman older, they became very aggressive and angry towards to me.They tried to over charge me about 18:50 euros?I explained why you are treating me like a felon who is being locked up and acting like a gangster to words me.I was really embarrassed with their attitude , like contadina.!I was almost in tears and I wished I could disappear like magical creatures, not be harassed by those two vulgar women.To understand to run a business which you love and passionately,is not difficult to do .its satisfaction comes the way you treat other people with respect and politeness.I believe that everyone should work with their love and passion,This is how the business stays strong and sustainable.I asked for food and the price was on their menu appeared. SimplyIf they were offer me extra, it’s means they shouldn't charge me extra, it's a basic policy and principal customer satisfaction. Una buona pizza napoletana in territorio aretino. Costi contenuti per la qualità che offre negli ingredienti primari… a 10 minuti circa a piedi dal centro

Posto molto semplice ma carino,pizze napoletane buone,soprattutto quelle con base bianca ,personale veloce e gentile,consigliato

Pizzeria tipica napoletana, occorre prenotare, altrimenti non si trova posto. Locale non grandissimo, ma accogliente. I servizi igienici sono lillipuziani :)A pochi passi dal centro.

Una delle pizze più buone che abbia mai mangiato ad Arezzo, cornicione alto e centro spesso (o meglio sottile) il giusto per reggere il condimento e non rimane assolutamente pesante (di solito la pizza napoletana da quella sensazione di pasta della pizza cruda). Veramente buona. Materie prime altrettanto di qualità come l'impasto. Tra gli antipasti D'OBBLIGO le zeppoline e a seconda de gusti crudo e burrata (non comprata al supermercato tranquilli). Un po' deluso dalla poca scelta dei dolci, ma in questo caso non avrai bisogno di rifarti la bocca con un dolce. (a questo ultimo punto aggiungo che forse non li avevano disponibili al momento in qui sono andato io).

Un piccolo angolo di Napoli, incastonato ad Arezzo. Siamo arrivati tardissimo per una pizza al volo, e siamo stati accolti con gentilezza e cortesia. In 5' le nostre pizze erano pronte. Ottime. Napoletane. Fragranti. Abbiamo aggiunto delle ottime birre alla spina. 11 Euro a testa. Davvero spettacolare!

Ci siamo andati ierisera per una pizza tranquilla in famiglia ed è stata una bella scoperta! Siamo nel quartiere di saione.. La location non è delle migliori.. Però la pizza l ho trovata davvero ottima! Napoletana classica con cornicione ripieno di ricotta e una birra ipa alla spina! Bello trovare un pezzetto di Napoli dove non ti aspetti!

Era da tanto tempo che volevo assaggiare la loro pizza con il famoso cornicione ripieno di ricotta e finalmente ho trovato un tavolo. Di sabato sera!!!!Il locale era pieno quindi il servizio leggermente lento ma gentile e sorridente. La scelta delle pizze è pressoché infinita e alla fine ho scelto una delle loro speciali. Mi è piaciuta molto e quel cornicione..... Buonissimo. Avrei voluto assaggiare anche i loro dolci tipici ma dopo quella pizzona" non ce l'ho fatta. Prezzo più che giusto.Sono rimasta colpita dalla fila che abbiamo trovato fuori in attesa sotto la pioggia. Prenotare per tempo."
