THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF EVER! WILL THREATEN YOUR TAX REFUND!My recent visit to the Coach outlet at The Mall Firenze has seriously disappointed me with the brand and their customer service. I thought Coach was a luxury brand with exceptional customer service and they believed themselves to be a luxury store, not Zara or H&M. But my recent experience demonstrated quality of service not even comparable to Zara etc. The sales staff seemed widly disinterested in helping us. Not only were they not helping us pull out pieces and check stock etc, in an empty store, we were chasing them instead of them trying to show anything to us. Any question seemed to annoy the staff and they would just talk amongst themselves rather than help us. This is when we were purchasing 5+ items! But the limit was when we were going through the billing, we graciously asked the staff to try to rush as it was getting late and close to our bus time, he threatened to not process our tax refund if we rushed him. Like what kind of service are you providing of your staff can openely threaten customers. The staff also didn't know much about the products, stock etc. Many products were OOS and overall it was a bad bad experience. I have been a loyal customer of Coach and have always adored the brand and their attention to detail but I believe this time the attention was lost when hiring this staff! Will avoid the brand for future purchases.

Ottima esposizione, un concept curato, arioso e ben congegnato. Qui si entra nel regno del cuoio lavorato, articoli molto fini ed eleganti. Questa volta gli americani, strano ma vero, sono ammirevoli per qualità e fantasia. Il negozio è gestito da personale competente e gentile. I prezzi sono correlati alla qualità e alla fascia di mercato in cui si colloca il prodotto, quindi sul medio alto.

Ottimo staff, competente e preparato , assistenza attenta ai bisogni del cliente senza essere invadente , buona proposta di prodotto e bell’allestimento
