I've purchased two wallets from different ranges at different times from the mywalit shop in Pisa airport. Both of them fell apart withtin 6 months. The zip of one came open and wouldnt close again. The seam of the other came unstitched. So hence, for quality I give 1 star. It's not as if I was taking the purses on an expedition: they were receiving normal usage, putting them in and out of a handbag, opening and closing them to access the contents. And as I received no reply to my request for replacement or refund, I give 1 star for service the same. For the price of these leather goods, I expect more.
