The wine tasting with Patrizia was a strong highlight of my trip to Palermo. She is wonderful and very hospitable- I highly recommend this class to anyone looking for an authentic and interactive Sicilian experience!

Patrizia is absolutely wonderful! She is a master in the kitchen and her love for food truly shows in her cooking. My wife and I asked Patrizia to cook a meal for our family while we were visiting in Sicily and she was simply incredible. Each course in the menu was a Sicilian masterpiece. Throughout the whole planning process she was quick to respond, answer questions and give suggestions. We could not be happier that we got to share a special evening with her. Thank you Patrizia! No one else had booked our timeslot so we got a private tasting! Patrizia is welcoming and knowledgeable about different Sicilian wines. We absolutely fell in love with the Nero we tried. Very laid back atmosphere and since it was just two of us, we sat out on the patio under the beautiful Palermo sun. The spot is easy to find as well since it is inside one of the main squares of the city. If you are looking for a laid back experience and want to learn more about regional wines, I HIGHLY recommend booking the wine/cheese tasting!! Again since there were just two of us, we got to spend time chatting with Patrizia and feel like we left an old friend!

We had a fantastic time shopping, cooking and eating w Patrizia on our recent family reunion in Palermo. We met her at the market and she purchased all the ingredients to make a fabulous meal. We made an excellent caponata, pasta from scratch with a tomato, eggplant and ricotta pesto, and pan seared tuna. Magnificent. We made the caponata as soon as we got home! Thank you for a special experience Patrizia. We’ll never forget.

We spent such a lovely day shopping, cooking and conversing with Patricia during our cooking class. I can’t wait to try the wonderful recipes I learned on my own. The class was fun and engaging. Highly recommend! And her kittens were a bonus ❤️

We had the best time with Patrizia at her cooking class in her own home! She was the best host. We cooked an authentic Sicilian meal together that was delicious. She was also super great with our 4 kids ages 3, 4, 6 and 12. I would definitely do this tour again!
