I have used Subhi now for over a year to maintain my pool both when I am at our villa or, more importantly, when clients are at the villa. Subhi has both a professional demeanor and friendly charm that all of our guests find delightful.Subhi often goes above and beyond my expectations (which for me is quite high). For instance the other day, he noticed our maintenance man had not swept the pool area or reset the furniture and cushions. So subhi just took it upon himself to get the job done.Although Subhi himself doesn't speak fluent English. With google translate it wasn't an issue. For the first visit or important discussion, Subhi brings someone with him who is fluent in both English and Italian. Even on occasion, calling them and putting them on speaker phone!I cannot recommend Subhi enough. If you have a villa anywhere in the region, I highly suggest you drop him a whats app or email.I know that in Subhi's hands, our pool is in the best care. From opening to weekly maintenance, Subhi is the man for the job!

Professionale e serio, materiali di qualità, non ha limiti. Mi ha disegnato e realizzato un barbecue, pavimentato con porfido l'esterno, istallato un cancello carrabile, realizzato sistema di irrigazione giardino, con diversi punti acqua, con sistema goccia a goccia, un resede con relativa tettoia...e tanto altro. Lasciategli pure le chiavi di casa, disponibile, sempre reperibile, difficilmente non troverà una soluzione alle vostre esigenze. Prezzi giusti.

I was looking for a company to look after our pool and keep an eye out on our house when not here. I found him via google and seen his 5 star reviews.I can tell you that all is reviews are all correct. Subhi is the most kindest and honest person and hard working guy! He help me with our pool that had been left for one year without anyone looking at it. He helped me bring this back to perfect condition from real green to crystal clear clean pool. The guy does everything for you and i can tell you for the amount of work and to what he charges is just amazing.I would recommend him to anyone and can trust him with any job! He will now look after our property when im out and i can trust him with my keys, that is the sort of guy Subhi is, just brilliant person.
