The boat is old and not clean. The staffs are helpful but not the receptionist. Not so friendly on board . In general, I’ll choose the other company for the next time .

I travel so frequently on Anek Lines that they have made me a gold card customer. You would think that this entitles me to good customer service? Wrong!! I’ve arrived in Ancona to discover a change of vessel, departing three hours later and taking a half hour longer. As a result, I miss my connection at Igoumenitsa. No communication to their customers, not even gold customers. Terrible customer service.

Eccezionale efficienza e rara cortesia da parte dell'Operatrice TANIA che ha saputo risolvere un problema in tempi rapidissimi con gentilezza e simpatia.

Worst experience ever !!!I am traveling to Italy and Creta every year always use Minoan lines but three times they had no availability and HAD to travel with Anek !!!!All 3 times 10 to 15 hours delay but today !!!!! Unbelievable!!!! 15 hours delay!!!and it got worse….In the restaurant for lunch they literally took our dishes away cause they had to close …… and at night they haven’t even announced the restaurant opening or closing!!!!!!We have spent 9 hours in the port of Ancona and left hungry , as after the restaurant closing , which they haven’t announced , was closed at 19,30 for DINNER!!!!And in the ship they only had cheesepie and toast …… cheesepie and toast after paying 500€ For one way ( Ancona to igoumenitsa 2 persons and a car )Absolutely unacceptable!!!!Never never never again !!!!You people are the worst everWe have spent 1000€ and we were left hungry !!!!This is my worst experience ever !!!!

Worst ship! Worst transportation! Worst travel! Never never never ever!8 hours delay and then very slow boarding process. Every people are sleeping everywhere so you even have not a seat in a cafe! Every point is a bed! We had booked air seats which were very old, dirty as all ship. Only 4-5 plugs for charging the phone of 300 seats! None of the toilets were working when we woke up in the morning! YES! No Toilets in a 18 hours journey! No pool as advertised! Some staff were the rudest I have ever seen. And you pay approximately €500 for one way for one car and two passengers!

Absolutely inefficient boarding process. Everyone has to be there 2 hours prior arrival and then half of the cars are sitting in the sun with AC and engine running waiting for 1.5 hrs for trucks to board first. Really bad process and would be really easy to improve. I experienced this 3 out of 3 times with sneak now. The ferries itself are okay, though they seem to be designed by an interior design team from the 90s :)

Do 5 stelle alle receptionist, tutte/tutti quelli con cui ho parlato lo scorso anno e quest'anno. La numero uno è stata Tania 2: efficiente, competente e gentile, all'atto delle informazioni, delle prenotazioni e soprattutto in questo viaggio di andata dove purtroppo la Anek lines ha fatto un ritardo spaventoso da Ancona e noi per provare a non perdere iltraghetto per Creta abbiamo cambiato destinazione e traghetto grazie al tempestivo aiuto telefonico di Tania 2. Mi sono sentita al sicuro nel mio viaggio! Al traghetto da Creta a Chania do 1 stella per lo stivaggio dei mezzi poiché non si potevano nemmeno aprire le portiere delle auto né si poteva arrivare al proprio mezzo se non facendo gincane assurde. Però al personale di bordo do 5 stelle per la gentilezza e la cordialità.

Worst ferry experience ever. We were over 6 hours late. Unwilling to give us any compensation. No information what caused the delay. Overall bad service. Expensive but disgusting breakfast. Filthy inside the ferry. Our trip with ANEK destroyed our happy vacation feeling. Do not go with ANEK Lines.

Viaggio da Ancona a Igoymenitsa e Ritorno . Partenza e Ritorno in ritardo cronico ...non riescono minimamente ad essere puntuali. Pulizia dei bagni assente . in Andata orde di scolaresche hanno devastato mezza nave bevendo rompendo bottiglie personale totalmente assente Rimasti bloccati in andata al porto di Igoymenista nessuno della Anek line ci aveva detto che in ingresso ci voleva il PLF. Per fortuna poi ci siamo arrangiati e dopo qualche ora fermi in dogana contattando l'assistenza della Anek line ad Ancona diciamo semi risolto il problema . Anek line mi spiace dirlo ma da parte mia hai chiuso definitivamente.
