Outstanding and very well organised appartment! The location is super cool, you can easily rent a boat or SUPs just around the corner. There is also a small shop nearby providing the most relevant groceries. The view from the nicely decorated garden is astonishing and invites for breakfast outside in the nature. The Host is very friendly and tries her best to make the stay as enjoyable as possible. We would definetly like to come again and strongly recommend this appartment!

דירה מקסימה, מאובזרת ומעוצבת באסטיות! המארחת רוברטה כל כך נחמדה ורוצה לסייע בכל דבר אפשרי.נוף האגם הנשקף מהחלונות מהמם ומשווה אוירה כל כך רגועה לאירוח.הבעיה היחידה היא שאין חניה צמודה (יש חניה בחינם ליד הכנסיה הסמוכה. מרחק הליכה קצר) והגעה עם הרכב לבניין עצמו כמעט בלתי אפשרית (סמטאות מאוד צרות) לכן צריך להוריד את המזוודות ברחוב ולקחת אותן ברגל עד לבניין (לא נורא, תלוי כמה מזוודות יש ).אבל שאלה לא יגרמו לכם לחשוב פעמיים. אני מאוד מאוד ממליצה על הדירה. הנוחות והיופי שלה עולים על הכל!

We enjoyed our honeymoon and short stay at Residence Matilde. Roberta, our host was so accomodating and made sure we were comfortable and well looked after. The accommodation was spacious, clean and modern with kitchen and washing facilities. Located inVassena, we enjoyed being able to drive to Bellagio and day trip to Varenna as we pleased. There is a small supermarket, and a local cafe nearby. Highly recommend your stay here.

Tolle und ruhige Lage direkt am See, mit eigenem Gartenzugang zum Wasser. Die Wohnung ist in jeder Hinsicht super modern eingerichtet (auch das Bad), und bestens klimatisiert.Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis schlägt alles in der Umgebung!

The apartment is new and clean with the back garden right beside the lake! Great facilities and I can tell a lot of thoughts have been put into this.You can lie down in the garden to watch stars up the dark sky and listen to the soft waves from the stillness of the lake.There is free parking at the plaza only a minute’s walk from the property. Great quiet location and only 15 mins drive to the buzzing town of Bellagio.Bed is comfortable and shower strong enough! The landlady is very friendly and kind. I think she worried that I am on my own and checked on me with text messages to ensure that I am doing alright. She has given me good advice on various locations to visit and dine.I would recommend to my friends to stay here if they are to visit Lake Como.Bed 9/10, Shower 7/10, Cleanliness 9/10, Value for money 10/10!

Wow! We have never had such a good host as Roberta! She is so kind, friendly and helpful! The accommodation is also very clean, modern and comfortable. We felt very comfortable from the first moment. The location of the residence is also perfect. It is located in the small village of Vassena and therefore away from tourism. In the village, however, there is everything you need to stay overnight: a small supermarket, a cute cafe with seats right on the lake and a very good restaurant. Everything can be reached in 1 minute on foot. From Vassena it is 10 minutes to Bellagio or Lecco per car or bus. Dear Roberta, thank you very much for everything, we would love to come back!

Muy buena lozalización. Los apartamentos muy completos. Un jardín con unas vistas espectaculares. La dueña agradable. Hemos pasado cuatro días muy buenos

Wir waren 4 Nächte in der Unterkunft. Die Gastgeberin ist extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit und man merkt, dass ihr die Zufriedenheit ihrer Gäste wichtig ist. Die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert, sauber und modern ausgestattet. Es gibt einen privaten Zugang zum Wasser und nebenan ein Fahrrad- und Bootsverleih. In dem Dorf selber gibt es zwar nicht viel zu tun, dafür kommt man schnell mit dem Auto nach Bellaggio. Kostenlose Parkplätze findet man in direkter Umgebung.
