I hardly ever leave reviews, but my mom and I are on vacation in Florence to celebrate her birthday, and we both just had such an amazing shopping experience at Misster (M.H.) Pelletterie that I felt compelled to share. The store owner, Hodjat, is one of the sweetest and kindest men I have ever met, he actually stayed open late for us as we walked by just as he was closing, but he welcomed us in. I already knew what kind of leather jacket I wanted, and Hodjat listened to my description and literally hit the nail on the head first try. I purchased a stunning turquoise leather jacket that fit perfectly on my shoulders, arms and body.Then, most amazingly, he looked at my mom (who wasn’t even looking for a jacket), and said he had a jacket he thought would be perfect for her. She tried on a beautiful black leather jacket, the softest leather I’ve ever felt, and it looked like it was literally custom made for her body. It was so luxurious and soft, my mom and I couldn’t believe he was able to pick one at of the hundreds of styles that was absolutely perfect for her shape. My mom hates shopping and she’s usually so indecisive, but when she tried it on we instantly knew it would elevate any outfit from her wardrobe. We both left the store feeling like models as we strutted down the streets of Florence in our new jackets. I would highly recommend seeking out this store for a leather jacket, and there were really cute leather shoes, bags and accessories too!

I bought a leather purse for $240 and within one week the strap was cracked. They count on the tourists leaving town and not being able to complain!!! Total rip-off!! I don’t even think the purse is leather at this point.

A trip to Florence is unforgettable, especially when you picked up a genuine leather jacket unexpectedly. This happened to me when I was introduced to Misster.At first, I was just browsing around the Fontana del Porcellino area where a huge collective vendors set up various booths selling leather goods. Tempted on getting a leather jacket, a very kind but not scammy vendor introduced me to Misster. I thought Ok here we go again. I bought a nice looking bag for my wife here during our last week in Firenze. My wife started to use it as we were flying home. It started to crack shortly after the first trip. Strap you see is after 1 week of usage. She has 10+ year old real leather purse that is better shape than this strap. Such a shame for a nice looking bag. If seller provides solution I will update my review.

Qualità e design ad un prezzo imbattibile ..

They sell very low quality leather bags. The expensive brands here are worst than the bags you buy at the market for fraction of the price. I recommend you to go a different place that sells real genuine leather. Very disappointed…

We purchased three very high quality coats at this store. When we had an issue with the VAT refund at the Milan airport they were very honorable and worked with us to provide an appropriate resolution of the issue. I would recommend them.

Absolute best shopping experience in Italy!My wife and I wrapped up our 10-day Italian anniversary trip in Florence last week and found this store while walking the city center. Upon entering, we were greeted by the shop's owner who we instantly could tell was passionate and highly knowledgeable about his products and industry. He treated us with the upmost respect and was an absolute joy to get to know. His knowledgeable staff also assisted my wife in finding a stunning leather coat while I was fitted for one of my own. These were by far the softest leather jackets we have ever felt. An hour later, we left the store beaming about our purchases and the overall shopping experience.During our time in the shop we also met another American couple who informed us they have been coming back to this exact store for the past 20 years on their various trips abroad. Their passionate testimonials further convinced us that this will be our one and only leather store whenever we are lucky enough to return to beautiful Firenze.Do yourself a favor and pay Misster Leather a visit!
