The 4 stars are for the food that was very tasty. The portions of course were small in relation to the price but due to the delicious dishes you forgot everything. The staff was polite. What I did not like is that the space inside is small, the tables are too close to each other. Also on a table for two people could not fit two large dishes. So they had to have smaller dishes or bigger tables. I felt quite cramped and could not enjoy the food as much as I wanted.

Siamo stati in questo ristorante martedì sera. Il ristorante molto elegante allo stesso tempo accogliente. Ottima accoglienza anche da parte del personale di sala pronto a soddisfare con il sorriso ogni esigenza. Piatti di ottima qualità ! Poco ma sicuro, ci tornerò molto presto! Da provare assolutamente! Ne rimarrete contenti :)

Even though the name is Sas Tapas, this is not a tapas place but a traditional sardinian restaurant, called Sardus Chef.Had lunch there, since there was too much sun outside and the tables under the umbrellas all taken, we decided to stay inside.Inside the decoration is very nice, but unfortunately there were many flies.Food was ok, I had the pasta with mussels sauce, sepia tartare and lime, quite good but the portion was small.The frito de calamari, gamberi, fish and vegetables was quite heavy, everything was deep fried so a bit too much for my wife (but maybe others might like them).Service was ok and fast.We paid 110€ for 4.

My favorite restaurant in Olbia, maybe all of Sardinia.Local specialties, plated in a high-end fashion, and not a single wine (red or white) we didn’t thoroughly enjoy!!Riccardo is now my most trusted waiter, also the other staff are wonderful.We enjoyed it so much, we returned two days in a row.Very fair prices for the quality, nothing disappointing, I highly recommend!

Ho avuto il piacere di essere stato in questo ristorante più di una volta . La cucina è un qualcosa di eccezionale! Il personale è davvero accogliente così come il locale. Provare per credere!

Great little bar/restaurant in centre of town. All good is done from fresh each day and of good quality. Great spot to sit a take in the surrounding over lunch or simple grab a coffee and chat.

Great food and service. Complements to our server, Ricardo, and the chefs! I wouldn’t say anything we ordered was actually tapas size though - especially the massive and beautiful tomahawk steak which was very well prepared. We left happy and full having had some great wine and some local craft beer too.

Locale molto carino, cibo ottimo e di qualità. Buonissime le cozze e il polpo al vapore. Superbo il tonno scottato alla catalana, ottima la pasta fresca con le vongole. Porzioni abbondanti. Anche se sazi, abbiamo lasciato uno spazietto per il dolce: una meringa con crema, lamponi e salsina alle fragole, veramente buona.Il personale gentile, preparato e disponibile.Ci torneremo sicuramente
