PLEASE! Don’t exchange money here. I would give them 0 stars if possible. They are stealing from people. I was charged a $30 fee and got a horrible exchange rate. If you really need cash its best to take money out from a bank ATM. Yes, you will be charged an international fee, but it will be much less than the insane $30 fee and you will get a much better change rate from the bank.

Horrendous experience, never trust these people , fees hidden and staff not willing to help! They charge 20 percent and fee of 10 euros and this is not pointed out!Never use these con artists!

My colleague, who was traveling for the first time in Europe, went there to exchange 300 dollars to euros. That day the rate was 1 to 1. Instaed he got back 202 euros. They have charged 100 euros in fees!

This is a rip off!!! 19.9% commission!!! BEWARE.....Whoever gave a good rating, what’s good about it? They are stealing money. They don’t tell you upfront but they give you 2 papers with so much information for you to sign, and won’t realize you’re being ripped off with a whooping 19.9% commission!!! A lot of pick picketers in the area, forexchange are basically somewhat the same...

Proprio dei ladri sono rimasta veramente male ho cambiato dei soldi con una commissione del 18% mai visto e come si no bastasse mi voleva dare ancora di meno quando ho detto che non ero d'accordo con il cambio allora mi ha offerto più soldi non ho parole

Mi sono trovata molto bene. Ho prenotato la valuta estera dalla banca on line e ho ritirato presso questo punto dove ho trovato una Signora molto carina ed efficiente.Le condizioni indicate preventivamente sono state rispettate senza brutte sorprese come leggo in altri commenti.L'unica pecca, se proprio vogliamo trovarla, è che ci sia uno sportello solo e quindi l'eventuale attesa, ma personalmente ho aspettato 10 minuti perciò... esperienza positiva.

Péssima! Tive problema com o chip e não quiseram resolver, a atendente Chie S. Foi grosseira e não resolveu nosso problema!Terribile! Ho avuto un problema con il chip e non hanno voluto risolverlo, l'inserviente Chie S. è stata maleducata e non ha risolto il nostro problema!Terrible! È una truffa. Ho cambiato da loro € 300 in valuta polacca e si sono presi € 90!!!! Le commissioni sono al 20% ma fregano anche sul cambio !! State alla larga.
