dopo qualche esperienza relativamente positiva, in questa ultima occasione gestione veramente PESSIMA! Ho cercato di contattare il servizio per diversi giorni, attraverso telefono, email e messanger, non ottenendo alcuna risposta alle mie richieste, per sentirmi dire oggi, all'ennesimo tentativo, che non era possibile per la data desiderata, avere le biciclette richieste!!!! PROFESSINALITA' ZERO!!!

I have been working with Cycle Europe since 2019 to accommodate a cycling event around Europe that my company facilitates, and they have been wonderful. The specifics of what my company needs to pull off the event are very complicated and Cycle Europe (and all the staff I have worked with) have always been VERY professional, knowledgeable and flexible (which of course has been very important during Covid). I would strongly recommend using them for your cycling needs.

After renting multiple bicycles from Cycle Europe in the past eight years , I feel compelled to express my complete satisfaction with the bikes I've rented and my dealings with the company. I have been on tours (from other companies) where Cycle Europe provided anywhere from half the bicycles (12) to most (like 20). They were easy to order, provided and picked up on time AND Cycle Europe has my name on file, so I am assured the same size, components, and quality that I want. It's great not worrying about the bike when planning a bike trip in Europe.

Cycle Europe is such a fabulous organization! They offer top-quality information about bike routes, rent high quality bicycles, provide all the gear you need, deliver the bicycles, and can customize your trip for you. I loved working with them and they made my incredible experience cycling through Italy while remote working possible. Highly recommend!
