First of all I have to say thank you to the whole Team. I got totally sick and everyone helped me. They called the doctor and translated everything.I could stay longer and felt so save. The room was so cute and clean, I cant understand the negative Feedback. The breakfast was enough eggs, saugace, break, Cornflakes,Croissants and so on.The Bus was direct infront of the hotel and near a lot of places like collossum or TreviReception is open 24 hours!Room was silent..

Camera decisamente sporca, puzza di muffa, niente aria condizionata e neanche un ventilatore. Si moriva di caldo! Il bagno un vero schifo! Tavoletta del water troppo piccola, la vasca da bagno macchiata e nessun prodotto per lavarsi! Gli asciugamani dubito siano stati cambiati!! Esattamente come le lenzuola!!! Era tutto visibilmente sporco!! Ma non è finita qui.. Al mattino presto siamo uscite e siamo tornate in hotel al pomeriggio, pensavamo di trovare la stanza pulita, gli asciugamani cambiati e il letto pronto.. Ma niente di tutto ciò! Darvi una stella è anche troppo!!! Non torneremo mai più!!!

First time in Rome and from the reviews I was very sceptical! Got there and wow what a beautiful hotel!! The ceilings and chandeliers wow! We got there early and they checked us in a room which was amazing. The room was Rome in a nutshell and we couldn’t of asked for anything better to be honest. We loved it. Very old style Rome but that’s what we wanted! Bedding fresh and clean. Staff all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely also. Would definitely recommend and if I ever come to Rome again I’ll be staying again! Such a beautiful hotel!

Hotel says 4 stars but most definitely is not!! Rooms are tiny and some don’t have a window. Air con is very poor and beds very uncomfortable. However it gained stars for the location, price and staff (except one man). Overall location is great and there’s always some electric scooters about to take you where ever you need to go. Very outdated hotel, could use some work.

Ci è stata assegnata una stanza molto bella. Il personale sempre molto gentile ci ha indicato come muoverci all’interno della città. Ci hanno fatto trovare la stanza già fresca con l’aria condizionata accesa, cosa molto gradita.Inoltre è un punto strategico perché vicinissimo a molte fermate.

As per other reviews here, this is not 4*, not by usual standards, 2-3* at the best. We booked through Love Holidays as a package for a 3 night, 2 day stay in Rome. We were told we had an economy room" this turned out to be room 410 at the back of the hotel on the 4th floor. The room is not brilliant

4 stelle regalate, viaggio per lavoro, soggetto allergico alla polvere, notte insonne. Pulizia pessima, colazione peggio che peggio, in un 4 stelle il cappuccino alla macchinetta automatica, frigobar vuoto, deludente. NON CI METTERÒ PIÙ PIEDE, (muffa nel bagno, per non farci mancare nulla).

Stayed for 3 days and my whole stay was spoiled the reception people were not helpful.The lady in the breakfast area was too rude (bkfst time 7:30am - 10:00am) started to tell us close close" at 9:30am. The rooms are simply bad and the bathrooms just sick. The bathroom curtains had small worms crawling. We informed them that our AC was not working but they said we are complaining too much to our agent through whome we booked the hotel.When our taxi driver had informed his arrival in the reception table they did not bother to tell us when we were waiting for the taxi in the reception. If you are on a vacation and if you don't want to spoil your holiday please do not book this hotel.Wouldn't give a star but there's no option for that."

Have nothing good to say other than the staff are friendly and helpful. The room was old, dated, damaged, almost everything don't work- towel hanger broke; shower head attachment loose; tv doesn't work, phone doesn't work, no coffee machine, toilet paper hangar missing, and many more. Not only the room, the hotel is dated and worrisome due to possible mold.
