I live in the United States, and I just bought an apartment in Lucca with the help of Luca Sighieri. I recommend Luca and Living in Centro most highly, and here is why.I began my search online. Many people begin this way, but it felt different to do so from the other side of the ocean. For one thing, I was not able to fly over quickly to visit the apartments, and I needed many appointments to justify the trip. I also had to find a real estate agent I could trust, someone who believed that my search was serious. Luca was this person.Luca understood what I was looking for. He answered all my questions promptly, commented on the apartments I had selected, suggested others, described their location, and highlighted pros and cons. He made all the appointments, including for some apartments not in his portfolio. Before flying over, I had over a dozen confirmed visits in and around Lucca. My first offer was for an unfinished apartment. Luca not only advised me regarding the euro amount to offer, but he also pointed out the warranties I needed from the builder if I were to go forward with the purchase.Luca Sighieri is a very experienced professional. He is abreast of the real estate market, knows Lucca and its surrounding well, and is passionate about his job. He is reliable, responsive, and trustworthy. He is not pushy. Luca will accompany you from start to finish, and advise you every step of the way. As a person, he is friendly, discreet, calm, and positive.I cannot recommend Luca Sighieri more highly.
