Attention! Check-in between 16 and 18 (ONLY TWO HOURS) If you are late, they will charge you 15€.Check-in timetable is written in Booking, but nothing about extra charge for late check-in.Then they do not want to just cancel the booking because you are late, it does not matter why. So you have to cancel and pay part of the reservation.A good bussines!!The best is the nice treat that you receive when asking for a late check-in... really unpolite people.It is pity! Pease, do not think that all the italians are so unpleasent.

El horario de check-in es de las 16 a las 18 (SOLO DOS HORAS). Lo nunca visto... Además, si llegas tarde te cobran 15€ adicionales.El horario de check-in está escrito en Booking, pero nada sobre el cargo adicional por check-in tardío.Nula flexibilidad por si acaso algo no sale como esperado... no quieren cancelar la reserva si por lo que sea llegas tarde, da igual por qué. Así que tienes que cancelar y pagar parte de la reserva.Un buen negocio!!Encima un trato muy desagradable cuando intentas hablar con ellosY encima contestan aquí a todas las reseñas pidiendo respeto a su trabajo. Respeto que ellos luego no tienen por sus clientes

Ottima soluzione per alloggiare, poco distante dall'aereoporto. Appartamento carino e pulito, facilmente raggiungibile il centro di Napoli, ideale per una coppia, finemente arredato, c'e anche una stufa camino molto bella che rende l'atmosfera romantica.

This apartament doesn't even deserve a star. I made the reservation on booking. On booking they say that the check in hours are between 16-18. 2 hours of check in for a place!!! Just 2 hours. We requested a late check in because our flight arrives at 11 p.m. and they said we have to pay 15e/person for this which it wasn t mentionted on booking. Then we made a cancelation request without charges which they refused, then we decide to pay that 30 extra Euros but they decline our late check in and without receving our money back!

I have booked to stay a night at this place and in the description it didn't mention that if i check-in at other our that the owner like, it will charge me 30 Euro. The reservarion was free cancelation so i canceled the reservation but she took my money and never refound. I'm totaly dissapointed and not recomand this place.

I didn't even saw the places because they didn't receive us because they didn't understand that our flights arrive at a specific hour and they have only 2 hours of check-in.
