A great place to relax, clean, comfortable, there is a magnificent terrace for outdoor recreation. Everything necessary for everyday life and comfort is available. I spent a comfortable vacation traveling in Italy. Thank you for the good service, I hope to come again sometime. ❤️

Bilocale zona Bovisa. Appartamento molto bello, dotato di tutti i comfort. Cucina attrezzatissima. All'arrivo abbiamo trovato il frigorifero pieno di bibite fresche e altri generi alimentari (caffè ecc.). Entrambi i locali dotati di aria condizionata. Consigliatissimo!

Brutta esperienza! Appartamento in piazza San Marco 1, assolutamente non all’altezza della cifra richiesta.. vecchio, sporco, serratura difettosa. Una nota di merito a Fabio che si é messo a disposizione intervenendo più volte per risolvere il problema serratura. Fabio 10!

I had an unfortunate and terrible experience with Rentopolis. The apartment we rented from them in Milan did not have an A/C working right. We contacted them and the just kept telling us we did not know how to work the remote control. It took them over 24 hours to send somebody to have it checked. It improved, however, they mentioned the unit was meant for the first floor BUT the main bed is on a Mezzanine(second floor) so needless to say it’s super hot up there. The shower was clogged, also reported along with A/C. The same person that cleaned the a/c filters, put a solution on the shower. It did not work. I ended up cleaning the drain myself to be able to shower and protect their property from flooding. Their apology, $80 Euro discount on a $800 stay. Wow! and they thought they acted quickly, efficiently and fairly.

Thank you very much for such wonderful apartments. They have absolutely everything you need, a lot of equipment for life, very clean and well-kept. Thought out to the smallest detail. The location is good, the transport junction is convenient. We will come back again!

Ho avuto una brutta esperienza con questa agenzia, inaffidabili per niente professionali, impossibile mettersi in contatto con loro telefonicamente.L'appartamento che ho affittato ad Arma di Taggia necessitava di una maggiore pulizia e inoltre la serratura dell'appartamento era inutilizzabile. Mi hanno proposto un rimborso che però in realtà non hanno mai eseguito ed anzi mi hanno ancora offeso

Great apartment with great Service. Been staying here for last 5 months and my experience with Rentopolis was great. Stefano addressed all the issues promptly whenever we had any. Would definitely recommend.

We had a lovely stay here, the flat was modern,confortable,spacious apartment with a lot of light in witch everything works well. Sara is very nice and respond to all our questions.The location is fantastic!Strongly recommended❤️

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Milan. The apartment was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. It was central to everything with great restaurants and travel options at our doorstep.
