PESSIMO. Se potessi lasciare 0 stelle lo farei. Paghiamo ben OTTANTA EURO A TESTA e ci lasciano a Panaera per due ore, per arrivare alla spiaggia sono QUARANTA MINUTI O TAXI CHE NON C'È E CHE ACCETTA SOLO CONTANTI. CASH GRAB DA EVITARE!

The boat tour was not really nice as they go way over capacity - as a consequence we had to stand for hours. Fine for us but maybe not much so for more elderly customers. Also the staff of the boat is extremely rude!When we got there in the morning to retrieve the tickets for the boat we had to pay extra 10 euros. We were not aware that we had to do so when we booked the tour and did not understand what it was for? All in all I would recommend to visit the islands as they are indeed beautiful but would either chose another boat tour or the ferries as transport.

Minicrociera sulle isole Eolie. Abbiamo prenotato rapidamente qualche giorno prima, al telefono sono molto presenti e danno tutte le info utili. Abbiamo visitato Panarea e Stromboli. Non mi sento però di dare il massimo perché purtroppo l'organizzazione per Panarea non è stata chiara, isola decisamente affollata e carissima. Tutti i visitatori una volta sbarcati si sono lamentati, si aspettavano di poter fare un bagno in spiaggia (purtroppo distante 40 minuti a piedi...servizio taxi inefficiente, non siamo riusciti a prenderlo nonostante l'attesa). I bar molto poco convenienti e presi d'assalto con code infinite. Stromboli tutt'altra esperienza... indimenticabile a dir poco. Il parking auto a disposizione è molto comodo per l'imbarco , sorvegliato (10€ tutto il giorno) e dotato di servizi igienici. La guida del capitano che ci ha illustrato tutto il viaggio è stata molto utile e ricca di tante curiosità. Solo che sarebbe sufficiente la traduzione italiano/inglese per evitare il volume altissimo durante tutto il viaggio, anche se dopo un po'ci si abitua...giusto per godersi anche un attimo il viaggio.

Ottimo tour. Ho effettuato sia Lipari-Vulcano, che Panarea-Stromboli. Puntuali, dettagliati e ti portano in posti spettacolari

Salve sono Paride, vorrei segnalare l'ottimo servizio, competenza, simpatia e la spiccata professionalità dell'agenzia Clarissa Viaggi di Milazzo nell'organizzare nel minimo dettaglio e attenzione il servizio e il tour collettivo per la visita alle Isole Eolie e precisamente a Vulcano e a Lipari in cui io ho partecipato con gran piacere, anche il servizio lunch era buono, completo e ben fornito. We tried booking a day long boat trip with them and they have been really nice at the beginning, but then kept dragging the confirmation day over and over. We needed the trip to be on a specific day and instead of saying it wasn’t available the lady kept telling us to wait two more days, wait till tomorrow, wait till tonight, then 2 days before our trip she just stopped replying.Luckily we found someone organising exactly the same trip once on the island, it was even slightly cheaper, so I would suggest speaking with the hotel or b&b where you’ll be staying, they’ll probably be able to put you in contact with someone local organising trips rather than a travel agent.Edit: I said “I tried booking” not “I booked” so it’s not a lie. I booked through Civitatis because they didn’t state on the website that the trip would still be organised by your agency. You had problems with them because they said the minimum amount of people needed for the trip to be done was 2 people only, so were as confused as us when the trip was cancelled despite us being 4.I have the WhatsApp messages as well and the emails Civitatis sent me.

We had a wonderful, unforgettable trip to Stromboli and Panarea. The first day we tried to go there the waves were too strong and the trip was cancelled. However, Clarissa Viaggi did an outstanding job and immediately organized an alternative two days later. Many thanks

L'escursione all'Isola di Vulcano è stata sorprendente ed estremamente interessante. Il trekking con guida a Vulcanello (Dario eoliano doc preparatissimo) è un viaggio nella natura incontaminata, il bagno nelle acque calde della Spiaggia delle Fumarole per non parlare del giro dell'Isola in barca con possibilità di fare un tuffo nelle acque cristalline sui punti più belli dell'isola, sono esperienze che rimangono indelebili. Grazie a Ugo Tours per averci proposto questa escursione e a Clarissa Viaggi per averla organizzata in ogni minimo dettaglio.

Non posso che dare una recensione negativa.Abbiamo prenotato un'escursione a Stromboli e Panarea ma durante l'escursione veniamo a sapere che la tappa a Stromboli non sarebbe stata effettuata per problemi creati dal maltempo nei giorni precedenti. Telefono all'agenzia per chiedere come mai non siamo stati avvisati e la signora al telefono mi dice che non sa come mai non abbiamo ricevuto l'avviso per e-mail e che comunque tutti i passeggeri dovevano essere informati prima dalla partenza dal personale di bordo perché a quanto pare c'era la possibilità di avere un cambio o un rimborso, cosa che sarebbe stata estremamente gradita! Peccato che questi avvisi non siano mai arrivati, visto che a bordo ci siamo confrontati con altri passeggeri, nella medesima situazione.Spiace per la presa in giro ripetuta, visto che la signora dell'agenzia al telefono mi aveva detto che mi avrebbe scritto per chiarire come mai non era pervenuto l'avviso ma ovviamente è scomparsa.Ciliegine sulla torta: imbarcazione affollatissima, nessun distanziamento (avete mai sentito parlare di norme anti-Covid???) costretti a stare in 5 in una panchina attaccati letteralmente fianco a fianco a perfetti sconosciuti.Dimenticavo, dopo il bagno nessuna possibilità di fare una doccia con acqua dolce perché il tubo era rotto.Complimenti.

We took the trip to 3 volcanic islands (Vulcano, Panarea and Stromboli). I suggest to take a bus tour in Vulcano because it is impossible to see the island by walk in 2 hours. We couldn’t climb the crater, it wasn’t allowed. There’s no volcano in Panarea, just a small town and you can walk to the church and look around. The view of Stromboli is nice from Panarea. In Stromboli, there’s not much to do in 2 hours except for walking around the place and chatting with locals. We didn’t see lava explosion or anything alike, just the gas coming out of the volcano. The weather was bad on the way back, very windy and foggy, and the crew had problems with the anchor so we stayed waiting for them in the strong wind. I don’t recommend going in April. The way back was very unpleasant and almost scary. No need to buy their lunch packets as there are restaurants on all the islands. There’s also some food you can buy while on the boat. We liked the places and the nature but we were a bit disappointed with the organization since they didn’t take the weather into consideration.
