Camping Città di Bologna

I am very disappointed with the camping, as the staff knows nothing about the customer service. I have left a jacket in a mobile home and I have organised a courier to pick the jacket up, but apparently the staff had never sent anything via logistic company and they just gave it to someone, without any confirmation, no number, they don’t even know what company it was. Unacceptable. The jacket is lost.

Camping strategico x visitare Bologna, tariffe ottime. Pulizia dei servizi comuni al limite dell'insufficienza vista l'alta affluenza in tutte le stagioni. Piazzole piccole e molto trascurate (siepi malandate). Personale ottimo, cordiale e disponibile.

Abbiamo soggiornato per 2 notti in questo campeggio.È anche carino, ordinato è semplice, I bagni sono abbastanza recenti e puliti.È un po' distante da Bologna centro (1h a piedi, 30 min in bici) però ci sono gli autobus che passano.Il motivo per cui vi consigliamo questo campeggio è che il weekend c'è una discoteca vicino che suona musica tutta la notte: il BACCANO inizia all'una e finisce alle 5. Potete capire nervoso che ci ha procurato, parcheggip DORMIRE su un parcheggio

This was a very bad experience, both with the cleanliness of the showers and the service. Showers were clogged and some were not working. You must to leave your passport or other ID at the desk upon arrival. We got ours back to pay upfront for a three night stay, but when we had to leave one day early unexpectedly there was no way to get a refund or any compassion. We received a voucher that is valid until December because 'the summer is still long'. Service was just rude every time we entered the reception.Restaurant on site is very nice, but this was the only thing we liked. If you must go here, bring musquito repellent.

Stayed August2020. Great location for visiting Bolonga. Clean, modern toilet and shower blocks. Outdoor swimming pool. Site is a mixture of camping places and chalets. Unfortunately on our visit alot of the chalets were occupied by workmen. We tried to visit the bar and restraunt on site but this had been completely taken over by the workmen, some of whom were drunk and boisterous, so we left.Also the the site had a big mosquitoe problem.

Nonostante il tempo freddo e umido e piovoso, le piazzole su autobloccante ci hanno permesso di non infangarci. Servizi caldi e pulitissimi.
